We want to add our 5 star recommendation to the list. While crossing the bridge at Cairo this month we suddenly ran over a metal object in the roadway. Immediately the right front tire deflated, with a large tear .On the Spot Tire Care was able to quickly replace the damaged tire with a used tire which allowed us to safely arrive home 300 miles away. We were traveling back home from Carbondale Illinois to Dallas, Texas and our tire started shredding. Being Sunday, all tire shops were closed and Walmart didn't carry our sized tires. I found Corey just searching the area and he was able to drive to us stranded in sikeston. He brought us a tire iand put it on for us in the pouring rain and got us back on the road. I was so worried we would be stranded and me and my husband missing work and causing other issues. As a follower of Christ I truly %1000 believe Corey was an angel sent by God, an answer to a prayer to get us home. Corey has a wonderful, kind heart and we were so very grateful for him answering the call to help us. While traveling on the first day of vacation. We had a flat and needed our tire repaired while driving through Cairo. Even though it was after work hours, Corey did not hesitate to offer to keep his shop open to repair our tire. He was very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend his shop. We were crossing the I-57 Cairo Bridge across the Mississippi, and apparently hit something, as the low tire pressure warning came on as we exited the freeway. We were very fortunate to be just a couple of miles out of Cairo and made it to On The Spot Tire Care before the tire went flat, also fortunately still open late Friday afternoon. Correy found the puncture in the sidewall, but had a used tire about the same size and wear as the other three on our AWD vehicle. We were on our way in a bit over a half hour. I was on the road the Saturday after Thanksgiving in a rental and needed a new valve stem and nail removed. Everything was closed, of course, but Correy met me at his shop in just a few minutes and did a fantastic job getting me back on the road. He treated me like a close friend! The price he asked for was too low for what he did, which was to save my bacon on a holiday weekend, so I gave him a little more money.
