So that day was a wash for being able to start to fill the dumpster. Then let's talk about how inexperienced their drivers are... when the guy dropped it off it took driving on my lawn 4 times to get it in location. Not a hard location let me tell you, big yard, no trees or any obstacles. Then when the guy picked up it took him atleast 5-7 times to get it correct. my yard is completely trashed, see pictures for yourself. Now let's talk about customer service... Brianna is disrespectful and puts the blame on us for all things discussed. Also there was never a stated amount for the ton overage costs, and according to her we as customers need to make sure to ask all questions about everything that this company has to offer. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different company!! they will overcharge you, Ruin your lawn, and cause stress in your life that's not needed, oh yeah and demand money from you that wasn't clearly stated.
