I believe this is the worst service in the tri state area . The owner is very rude, slow, expensive, I would not recommend anyone to step in

Dishonest and shady business. Quoted me one price for printing 50 T-Shirts and at pick-up the owner (another man) asked me to pay double. I got the feeling the owner uses the younger salesman who might be his son (I think his name is Hamza) to quote the cheaper price then the owner (and his wife) come in later to demand the higher one. i needed my passport photo for the application. after i went to 2 places (ups and cvs) because their cameras were broken, i went to printing plus. the guy would only do 2 photos for $20. Fine. I came this afternoon to print 3 pages and fotocopy on of them, I asked how much would it be before they did this and the guy who works there said 2 $ 50 cent each. At the end I gave 10$ and he gave me 4 buck back. I told the owner that it was a 10$ bill he said that bc I send 3 emails, he charges individually 2$ each. don't go here! They messed up my passport photos and I had to re-take them when I got to the Embassy, by then it was too late and had to pay $35 on top of the $15 I had already paid the store. Then when I visited again for copies, no one was wearing a mask in this tiny store without ventilation. I needed 2 forms printed - both the same with different names. The guy kept telling me they were the same, and kept pushing back, he asked me to come around the counter and when I said I don't feel comfortable as you're not wearing a mask he seemed annoyed. I showed him the names were different....I said can we just print what I'm asking? I'm paying so don't worry about it! I didn't check till I got home....he printed the same thing twice. Owner is violent. Beware! Hamzah (I think is the owner's son) quoted me $22 for a photocopy job + said to come back later that day. When I came back, his father started to shout at me saying it took him an hour to do, then demanded I pay $50. I reminded him I had been quoted $22 by Hamzah. He got super angry and started to yell at me while his wife looked on. When I didn't back down, he ran over behind me, slammed the door and locked it, preventing me from leaving. I told him I was calling the cops and he grabbed the papers he'd printed, threw them violently against the wall and increased his screaming at me (and his wife who was trying to calm him). When he saw I was dialing the cops, he finally unlocked the door (threats continue flying my way) and I ran outside. I called the cops when I was at a safe distance. They told me it was unacceptable that he locked the door and prevented me from leaving. They said I could try and get his business license revoked. I'm not out for vengeance, just want to warn people not to ever set foot in this place. read more

It takes a lot for me to write a 1-star review and if I could give this place 0 star, I would! I came to print out a few pages, spent about just 2 MINUTES on the computer to open my email and printed 5 pages. The owner chraged me for $4.50! Like, how??? All the pages were black and white, except for my email address, which happened to print out in blue and yet he charged me $.50/page for a total of $2.50 and $2 for 2 minutes using the computer. I tried to ask him nicely since it was all black and white except for the email which was randomly printed in blue, and he responded with a nasty attitude while saying "Then you should've asked me and I would've made it black & white for you. Horrible nasty attitude! Never again. My first time and last time! The place next door is much better and way cheaper! What a scammer! read more

I almost feel bad about writing this review because Printing Plus is obviously a very small shop, but at the same time it would help if they compensated for their limited resources by offering extra good customer service. Instead, the last two times I was there (first for a passport photo and then for a few black and white prints, which I thought there was no way they could screw up), something technical went wrong. The first time, the photo printer didn't work, and this last time they somehow couldn't get my email with the file. The real problem is that they do very little to address this. They see that something went wrong, just shrug as though it has nothing to do with them, and then you're standing there awkwardly wondering what you should do next, which of course means leaving and finding somewhere else. They've never been rude, so I guess they have that going for them, but I gotta say I have no idea how they're even still around, especially with FedEx Office two blocks away. read more

I walk in to his store and he was completely empty, I ask him to print a t shirt a he immediately says $50 dollars I reply to him what? Your prices are clearly posted and it said for single t shirt printing $15 dollars so how did you come up with the price? He reply ok I'll do it for $40. Once again I reply to him your prices are clearly posted and he said to me it's Sunday and I get to charge whatever I want, no one else is open! Customers that need menus printed beware. This shop will promise you the best, charge you the most, and then will deliver misprints and blame you. When you ask for your original documents that you gave him, he tells you that you signed his actual proof of the menu that he created. Takes no responsibility, his wife excuse was "we know nothing about greek food and its your fault." As for business cards, I ordered rounded edged business cards and I received regular business cards. That was my fault too. As for t-shirt printing of a logo, I gave him a multi colored logo and i asked him to show me a sample of the t shirt that i was going to receive. I gave him a $350 deposit and in return i got a blue t-shirt and my logo consisted of only one color. White. He also blamed me for the mistake. When I became angry at him he called the cops and had me escorted out of the store. If you want to get robbed and have the cops called on you be sure to business with them. THERE SHOULD BE A NEGATIVE-STAR OPTION. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. SERIOUSLY. I needed some film developed and when I dropped it off I was ogled like I was some sort of alien. The owner (I'm guessing) couldn't even pause his personal phone call long enough to give me the time of day, instead he tipped the phone away from his mouth and barked that it would be a $5 deposit. I figured I'd get this back or it'd factor into the payment later. I said I'd like 1-hour Photo-- cue more stares. ALL OVER THE PLACE HANG SIGNS CITING 1-HOUR AND EVEN 30-MINUTE PHOTO; yet the same guy on the phone, once again, barks at me that they don't offer that service, and it'd be done in 3 days. Now, I really need these photos, so I leave and return 3 days later. Upon my return, the shop is FILLED with about 6 men who ignore me as I walk in. One young man finally comes over and when I say I'm there for my film; a simple roll of about 24 4x6 camera prints, the man slowly brings them over and says: "$10." At this I mention that I paid a $5 deposit already. That's when he tells me that THE TOTAL COST IS $15. TO GET 24 TINY PHOTOS DEVELOPED AND PRINTED. Of course I bought them and of course, each photo is BARELY developed, has streaks of dark green over nearly every shot and has a white edge on each photo. This place is a disaster. I'd deal with the rudeness if the photo quality was good, but it was awful. Bad service, bad product. Writing this review has made my blood boil. read more

I don't know why there are bad reviews for Printing Plus. For a printing store in the home of (almost) steinway, this is amazing. They gave me amazing service and now they have started personalized printing, such as TShirts, mugs, iphone cases, and etc. They also do tape conversions to dvd. So if you have any old videos that you want to convert to dvd def come here. I always do my printing stuff here and the prices are clearly written right next to the copy machine. People need to understand that the store is small and only one copy machine can fit. But everytime I go there for printing and copying they're done within minutes and everything is printed just right! I highly suggest to not take into account the past reviews, especially because a lot has changed. Def come here for printing and making business cards as well! read more

Once I got there, they told me they were too busy printing other stuff and that I should come back in half an hour, it seems they only have 1 printer... worst customer service ever! read more
