Luckily i got Mills Automotive number and the owner came out within 30 minutes and towed me to his shop. He didn't promise me he'd fix it but sent his secretary into Janesville Saturday morning to pick up the rare fan belt (i have a 1 ton diesel truck with 3 alternators). The owner installed the belt and i was on my way by 2pm Saturday. He even let me borrow one of his cars overnight which saved me a taxi to and from the shop from my campsite. Completely amazing service. Most outstanding service ever - he even was hosting a party at his house Saturday and still came in to help me. Don't use anyone else for your mechanical needs in Whitewater.

My car was there for 4 days and they charge me for 5 days of storage at $50.00 per day. My car was brought in at 12:45 am Friday morning so from Midnight till 8:00 am they consider that 1 day. Instead of looking 6 inches away, he chose to make money off a college kid with no money. He may tow people in need at times, but he was looking for ways to profit off teenagers. After talking to him, I find him to have low ethics and have no respect how he operates. A better man would have tried to get to some kind of resolution.
