The trailer was 5-6" out of level and the washer leaked. 2 weeks later the hot water heater doesn't work and they are charging me $400 more for fixing that. Service is horrible. You can't ever seem to get ahold of anyone. And now that they bought out Quiet Woods they just use the disclaimer that they are trying to just make things right with the customers from the "old store" but have no obligations to them. I wouldn't buy a camper or RV from here ever again. And I certainly will never use their service centers again. I guess there's no grace period after you buy the camper. If something breaks one day in, you're screwed!!

The staff made arrangements to meet us before normal hours on a Saturday in order to get us out on the water in the boat before signing papers. However, there was a hiccup with the battery on that morning. The guys put in a new battery that morning and it started right up. To make a long story short, switching the battery was not the solution. We stalled on the water twice after putting the boat on the water at home. However, after contacting Roy Quam the first time, we took the boat back and work was done on the issue. Next week, we got the boat back, and, on the lake the next day, motor stalled again. I was really upset with the boat to say the least! I said I wanted a different boat and Roy understood completely. If we wanted another boat, they were willing to credit us the full purchase price towards another boat. However Roy stated that he was confident that they could fix whatever the wiring issue was happening on the Ranger. We agreed to try to have the issue fixed. Roy made arrangements to come pick up the boat this time so they could get working on the problem right away and we could get the boat back sooner, ( We live an hour and fifteen minutes away from Quam's.) I appreciated that and was really surprised that he did this. After working on the boat for two weeks, we think the issue is fixed but have only had the boat out once since getting it back. I am happy to say that the motor never stalled on this outing. We did have one minor glitch but Roy said to keep him posted on the issue in case it happens again. I haven't experienced customer service like this in a very long time! On a purchase like this, your heart sinks when you have problems immediately. My husband and I have been pleasantly surprised by the loyalty to their customers and their products that Quam's has shown us repeatedly. We are very glad we bought our boat at this dealership and would/will buy there again without hesitation!

We're new to boating and they made it as smooth as could be. John Quam was there from the beginning and has been there even after the purchase. He personally delivered our boat to Lake Waubesa on his own truck, spent an hour on the lake, showing us all the ins and outs of our new boat. Even though we had ordered our new boat at the busiest possible time, John went out of his way to get us our boat ready for the big Memorial Day weekend. He kept me in the loop, even sending me an email (3.5 hours after they closed) to let me know that they had just completed getting the boat prep'd and it would be ready for delivery the following day! We were thrilled to be able to enjoy our boat for the weekend. After driving our boat, we started getting a warning alarm on our motor. John sent one of his techs right to our dock to diagnose the problem. With no luck, John personally came and picked up our boat and took it to the shop. Turned out to just be weeds in the water intake. After fixing it and a few other minor issues, he personally delivered the boat after they closed. Now that's service! I can't provide a more positive recommendation for anyone looking to buy a new or new to them boat. You just don't find this kind of service these days and when you do, you want to tell people!

My mom's friend owns the place so my opinion may be a little bias but they do quality work nonetheless. I used to sport long hair and I used to get it trimmed here. After I cut off my hair I went here to get lined up and they still delivered results. Eldy is very friendly and the staff is very accommodating. Few of the workers speak English but they all seem to enjoy working there which is a huge plus. Eldy a few years back purchased or leased the adjoining business and expanded her salon but has recently scaled it back to it's original size. The fact that the business has been around this long says a lot. Mostly everyone who goes here is Spanish and the place should have a sign that says "We speak English too." However, over the years I have seen the clientele change as more and more white people go there so that's good! All in all, it is a place I'd recommend going.

shipping a car stinks. it's hard to get any transparency about the process. as i understand it, in…read morethe vast majority of situations, you're basically hiring a broker to go on central dispatch or similar, list your car, and get a carrier to match their bid. if they underquote, the car sits, because carriers will take the higher paying jobs. i'm not an expert and i might be mistaken, but i'm guessing the price differences between brokers reflect both (a) how big their fee is but also (b) how much they're bidding (and by extension how much you're paying the carrier for prioritization/to get your car loaded faster). i'm guessing the bigger brokers may have some negotiated relationships with carriers (or their own carrier business) that also factor in. i bought a car from a dealership out of state and needed it shipped home because i didn't want to fly and drive. because covid. car was in a small coastal city and i wanted it delivered to near chicago. not the most common route, as i understand it. tci came in at just about the lowest quote for the job. i was a little wary but saw they had a lot of reviews on google, transportreviews and BBB so i decided to take the chance. I emailed with Rob and he gave me a call. he said the quote might be a little low but he thought the car could get picked up within 3 days (otherwise i could just cancel) and that he'd be in touch. car wasn't picked up within the 3 days. but they didn't hide the ball and didn't make any excuses (though they could've pointed out that it's not the most common route). i could've gone to a different broker. Rob kept trying, and he got the car delivered within a week of my signup. it even wound up shipping enclosed at no additional cost to me. your mileage may vary, but i had a very good experience with TCI and would use again.

Calling management and reporting this with their own pictures and dening it blaming it on the company they hired not me. Both parties saying either should pay for it but neither doing so!! Sadly they lost a Great Return Customer. Sadly that they aren't professional enough to admit there responsibility of a shipper when things go wrong.
