Unfortunately the installers rushed through the install and paid no attention to sloping the gutters. They blamed the roof edge and drip edge (which are straight/level) for the unlevel look. I got out a 4' level and in a couple sections the gutter was out of level by 1/2" over 4' the wrong way and other areas nearly as bad. I pointed out all the areas I was not happy with and they redid those areas somewhat and ended up with very slightly sloped or level gutters. I would not recommend this company - the homeowner should not have to be the inspector/manager/quality-control for this type of work.

They said "yep, you're on the schedule for today" so I hung up. A few minutes later, we got a call saying "we won't be able to make it today." My husband insisted on speaking with the owner and the scheduler said Sure, and meanwhile can we get you scheduled for Weds (two days later)? We said Sure. There were a few messages left and back fort but come that Wednesday morning, my husband called in and got through to the owner only come to find out yet another scheduling error had happened-- despite the scheduler saying they'd be there, the owner thought we didn't want to be scheduled until we got in touch with them personally (not what we had said or what was told to us; we were told we're on the schedule for Weds). Owner apologized, but it was odd how poor the communication appeared to be between the scheduler and the owner and back again. we had to reschedule once again; which we did. Rufus and someone else (I believe his name was Kevin) were out here working to make sure our gutters were in tip-top shape. They were both personable and knowledgeable. The estimator recommended one thing; but Rufus indicated that removing the existing screening wasn't needed and they had cleaned it thoroughly and also added a splash guard so our super gutters wouldn't have the rain spillover. Because it hasn't rained heavily since, the result remains to be seen, but they indicated if we aren't happy with everything that they'd come out again and fix whatever was wrong.
