Halloween night and I was heading home to change for Halloween partying. The new cleaning lady locked me out of my house after being specific instructions on what lock NOT to do. Here's my timeline with Smart Home Locksmith 3:38 PM; I discover that I'm locked out of my house. 3:45 PM: I call the Smart Home Locksmith from the number I found on Yelp. I describe my situation, and I'm asked for my address. He mentions that I'm on the right side of town as he's heading in my direction. He'll be there in 15 minutes or less. 3:56 PM: Locksmith arrives and he checks out the door. He pops open the door in a couple of minutes and I pay via credit card. He kept the car running as he knew this would be a quick job. 4::01 PM: I receive my emailed receipt. The locksmith who visited was friendly and professional. Bill did an amazing job! He was available only a couple days after my husband called him, on a Saturday. He installed a smart lock deadbolt in my commercial grade, steel front door. He had to drill several large holes, something neither my husband nor I would ever have attempted to do ourselves. Bill's price was extremely reasonable, considering the amount of work involved. He was polite, friendly, and good at his job. He was knowledgeable about our non-standard door. He went above and beyond by taking apart, lubricating, and putting back together our other front door deadbolt, which has had issues. It's a little soon to say for sure, but it does seem to be working better! Unexpected bonus! Bill also helped with setup advice for the smart lock and tips from his own experience with hubs (something I know zero about!). Finally, Bill vacuumed at the end of the job. All I can say is WOW!!! Bill arrived in under 20 minutes and was so professional. Our dog locked us out while we were enjoying some sun and he totally understood (I was a little embarrassed).
