She didn't do as I asked so now it's jagged as I said it would be. She left several really long strans that I cut when we got home and I'll have to cut the underside of her hair later I guess. Claims the guard fell off while running a 3 guard on the back so without even speaking to my wife or mentioning it she takes it down to a 1 guard to try to fix her mistake and not did she make it worse ! Sends my son back to the Lobby to my wife to which she and him went back to the "stylist" to find out how this horrible looking cut happened and was told I'm sorry my guard fell off and I won't charge you for the cut . If a hairstylist does not want to do your hair do NOT let them do it because you will leave looking like a bumble-bee. I look like a caramel bumble bee because my foils were NOT high and tight. My foils were as loose as Satan's lips speaking bad energy. My hair all around is uneven and have multiple brassy bronze. She bronzed my hair and it looks cheap like old pennies and she charged me an excess amount of money for foils that were NOT high and tight. I Cannot put my hair in a ponytail. It looks too brassy and oxidized. DO NOT recommend.
