First off they already looking pissed off when you come in to their place of business I'm trying to figure out why are you mad, And just the worst attitude ever while getting nails done. I came here for the first time and the lady at the front barely greeted me. She looked annoyed that I had just come in (2 PM on a Thursday). There were only two other people inside. So she starts taking my dip polish off, and cuts my nails and then just rips the dip off.... with an unused acrylic nail. I told her it hurt on the first nail she took off. She did it again and asked if it hurt that time and I said yes. Then, after she finished taking all the nails off that way even though I told her it hurt, she said "sorry." My nails are super thin from the dip polish, and my normal nail salon buffs the dip, and then soaks them in acetone to remove the rest. I was sweating sitting in my chair because I was so mad. read more

Nail club was the cheapest in the area ($35 for removal and redo) and the salon was super clean, had friendly staff, and had tons of color options. I went into this Salon as a walk-in on a Saturday for a nail-tip that was fixing to fall off; they were amazing to accept my business on such a busy day! They sent me straight to a nail station. Another place I had tried to get it fixed wouldn't even try to see me until after 1 pm (geez- it was only 1 nail!) An extra pleasant bonus was when I asked how much for the fix and was told it was no charge!! They were not even the ones who had done my nails up until now. I wasn't about to go back to my regular salon because of the shoddy job they had done the last time I went (I already needed a fill-in and it was barely a week since they were done). I won't deny that they do great nails; but I walked in and not a customer one in that place and just needed a fill in and was asked to come back later (it's the going question at this place) because he got a phone call to do someone's nails and was going to wait on them. Furious is an understatement. The sign says Walk ins welcome (NOT TRUE). It's always been walk ins welcome since I've been going there for six years. It's getting worse with service. You'd think that a loyal customer that has sent them tons of people wouldn't be treated like this but they obviously don't value me as a customer. I used to go here often a few years ago but moved to the other side of town. My 13yr old daughter and I went yesterday to get pedicures and full sets for our vacation. The lady who did my daughter's pedicure and nails was nice and did a good job, but she kept asking my daughter if she wanted more things (to hike up the price) and not me, who is paying. If you're going to ask if customers want to add on anything you ask the adult who is paying! The man who did my pedi/ full sets was terrible. I got French nails on both and he never asked how thick I wanted the white, and he cut off all my finger nails before putting on the tips, even after I asked him why and he gave me a smart remark- so now my real nails are cut to the quick. I've never had any salon do this before. Also, I asked him to lightly drill my real nails bc I don't wear fake nails often, and he rolled his eyes and said he always does (then proceeded to drill away). Then he filed my tips unevenly bc he kept looking at his phone in the drawer while filing my nails so they're crooked. When I told him I was displeased he tried to tell me my fingers are crooked- not in denial here, but no, that's not the issue. At this point I'm not impressed and had decided not to come back, but then went to pay and it was $170! For two pedicures and two full sets. I knew what we had got and it added up to $135. I asked for the price breakdown and the man again rolled his eyes and walked off leaving his wife to handle it. She tried to tell me that we both got the $45 sets, not the $25 listed price- which they never told us. My daughter just got regular paint! She just kept saying it's because they used the powder- doesn't acrylic powder come with a full set? Now I will never ever go back because they just charge whatever they want without letting you know and they don't care about what you want or how you like it. read more

Service is TRASH. I mean TRASH BOX. Was told the wait to get a pedicure was 30 minutes. Ended up waiting 50 minutes. No big deal I had nothing to do today except this time I planned with my 20 year old daughter. I had Netflix to pass the time. I was told my water was ready. I get up go to the chair and put my feet in the water. I mean just plain tap water no salts added no scrubs. Just water. I sat there for about 10 minutes still watching Netflix when realized the water was getting cold. So I placed my feet on the foot pad still awaiting my service to begin. Not much after this one of the employees came up to me and said "you can put your feet in the water" I replied "The water is cold now. I've been waiting 15 mins now." She proceeded to walk away. Only to return 8 minutes later. She let half of the now cold water out and adds hot water and some type of bath salt to the water. At this point she says to me "clip" which I have no clue what she means. So I say excuse me. She then repeats Clip. My reply is Pardon. Then I get a complete sentence. Do you want me to clip your nails down. Just a little. She clips my pinky toe then show me the length to check for satisfaction. I was okay with this and acknowledged. At which point she rolled her eyes behind the face mask she was wearing. Next she started to file my nails. So I gave her what she gave me. I said "square" with not acknowledgement of what I said. So I repeated 2 more times at which she looked at me and said I heard you. I replied good. The filing process was half assed and just enough to get by, To the point where when she was acting like she was shaping my nails, the file fell out of her hand 4 times because she did not have control of it. By now I'm on 10 like this lady is pissing me off. I stopped her to examine the file job which was not what I asked for. MY TOENails were files at a slant. My toenails naturally grow square. So I said this is not square this is slanted. She says OK OK rolled her eyes again, then took true control of the file and corrected the first nail and proceeded to move on the next nail. Where I stopped her to look again. AT THIS TIME this lady looks at me then turns her head and proceeds to start tapping the file on the pad next to my foot. As if I'm taking too long. I was over it all. I said I'm good please let the arm up so I can go. She said you can put your feet back in the water I'll get someone else. Which I repeated I'm good, Can you let the chair up so I can go. Then she wants to give customer service and say o let me dry your feet at least. Which I replied I'm good. I don't want you to slip and fall. I won't I'm good. Then I took one step to my daughter and said call me when you leave. My daughter replied you aren't done yet mom. What happened? (proof I didn't get loud or anything with this woman, my daughter was sitting 3 feet away from us) I told my daughter call me when you leave. Then I notice the employee was speaking in her native tongue to the others in the building. I don't think she knows that other people are bilingual also and I understand what you said. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Based solely on my experience and my wait time. read more
