I've always had good experiences here but this was the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I asked for a full acrylic set, stiletto shaped. The man doing my nails shaped them all differently, some were slanted, some too short, and one had a dent in the side of it. I asked if he could fix the nail with a dent, which he attempted to do but still didn't fix. I expressed that I just wanted him to finish them and that I would go elsewhere to have them fixed or redone. He doesn't even put a clear coat on top, and the coats of polish were very uneven. I was in tears and eventually another woman came over as my nails were drying and offered for her husband to fix them. I declined, since I didn't want to do business with them anymore and wanted someone else to do them. She then offered to soak them off, which I accepted. She continued to tell me to come back another day and have her husband do them again, to which I replied that I would be leaving a bad review and not returning. I found it very unprofessional that she began to break down into tears and beg me not to leave a bad review, even though her employee failed to fix my nails and didn't even finish the service. It was also strange that after soaking my nails off, they took photos of my hands so they could "see why my nails were hurting" (I had complained that my nails were burning after they put acrylic on them and that it's never happened before). After getting home, I noticed they didn't even remove all of the acrylic on my nails. The owner and her husband are great nail techs and usually do a wonderful job, but I would advise against coming to this salon because of the other employees, as well as their professionalism. read more

I requested a full set acrylic and natural paint a week and a half ago. It was done in less then 45 minutes, no massage, lotion or anything. I was charged 55 which, I didn't blink to pay even though I didn't have all services rendered that come with a manicure. I went back today for a fill and to get the reshaped. Same guy and in 1/2 hour, all done. This time I chose a solid color. Again np lotion massage nothing and the place was not busy at all. I was charged 55 again? Wait, what? When asked, he said, :Matte black cost more." What? Why? It's the same polish. I was available tech in NY prior to moving to Tennessee. I am well aware of the procedure/steps to a manicure and pedicure as well as cost. I thought I'd give them another try but, this was less then satisfactory. On the contrary, I've had my pedicures done here and I was very happy with the outcome. I will be going elsewhere for my nails. ​ read more

I am on the hunt for a regular nail place. Tried this place out as a friend suggested it. I dropped in and they welcomed me right away. I had a male tech and he spoke English very well, so there wasn't a language barrier. It is very loud in there and not at all a relaxing spa-type environment. The employees all talk, well more like shout, at each other and everyone has different music playing on their phones along with about 3 TVs with the sound on. Ever so slightly can you also detect the sound of some spa music in the background of the cacophony of the surroundings. My tech had his headphones on for most of the time. I picked out a color and then the procedure began. I mention I had a male tech only because his grip was very firm, just about painful at times. He told me I needed to relax, that I was too tense. Well, hard to relax when you're in pain and with all the noise. So he takes off my old polish and starts to file my nails and prep to repaint them. As he did one hand, I looked at it and noticed that my nails were now square-shaped. I really dislike that look and he did not ask me if I wanted them that way. So I asked him to reshape them. Had to do it a couple of times and they still look sort of square. The actual polish is nice and he did a good job, but I don't think I'll return. I am a male but do get pedicures but no polish! I have tried probably about 10 different places in Florida and TN over 20 year period. This was my worst experience ever and will not be back. Scalding hot water in the foot bath, dirty counter tops, employees with language barrier, massaging my bones instead of muscles, my wife toenail fungus from her visit. This was the worst pedicure ever. I have been here several times before all with pretty good results but this time my pedicure was rushed when they weren't busy and when she trimmed the cuticles are on my toes she cut through my skin and I had several spots where I was bleeding. When she was finished applying my polish she just got up and left didn't escort me to the dryer. And I receive no extras like removing callused skin from my feet or the usual leg massage that I get.I will not be back. read more

my mom and i came here right before vacation to get pedicures because it is the closest salon. The service was ok and the pedicure was an average pedicure. However, i was done before my mom was even noticed by her technician. It was very loud in the salon because the technicians were constantly talking. The owner (from what i could tell that's what she was) was extremely loud. The language barrier also played a role in the review. My technician did not talk to me at all! If you're looking or consistency this isn't the place for you. I've gone here the past 8 months or so because it is a few miles from my home & I don't have to bother with going downtown. At first I really liked my nails, the environment isn't relaxing at all or chic looking.. or really even that clean looking, but if my nails look fresh I don't really care about all the fancy stuff. However the last few months I've noticed they are just rushed & lazy when doing my nails. The last 3 times I've gone I've mentioned in the middle of them doing my nails the length was different on all the nails & the shape wasn't the same on all of them & they just kind of nod their head, take a file across & pretend to fix it. My last visit will be my last, I left with possibly the worst nails I've ever had done. They weren't busy, but rushed me in & out as if I was a burden. I think most of the workers have no desire to do the job, simply are there because their wives work there so hey they might as well too. Guess I'll make my way across town for better service! I gave two stars because there are a couple ladies in there who are extremely sweet & funny, and they did take care of my nails fairly well the first few months, it's just gotten worse as the months have gone by! read more
