I've been going to this store for years and there's a lot to unpack here so I'll list the pros and cons Pros Most items are priced fairly, especially shoes Large selection They have a point system New moms club which gives new moms a free item Buys and sells locally Cons A lot of the staff are rude The owner is not very nice, I had a time where I came in and the policy on something had changed which I had no idea about and instead of understanding a lot of customers live more than 10 minutes away and pack everything including kids, to come here and sell she wanted me to change the tote it was in. Totally unreasonable, send an email or text out of policy changes so parents aren't traveling to your store and unloading items for no reason. So I came back and my items were folded and she had an issue with that too stating the items needed to be laid flat for easy sifting which honestly I understand HOWEVER, you should hold your employees to the same standard because when I get my items back they're balled up. My time is also important. A lot of the items I buy, they won't buy back once i no longer needed them. Which is weird because it usually isn't long and I donate or throw away anything that has wear and tear on it. There is so much stained, faded and out of style clothes here which makes me wonder how if they won't even buy good items. The store could be maintained better, I've been to other locations and they're much better kept up. Overall it's really a give and take here and I've really been going less than I used to because of the lack of buy back and staff issues. I started donating a lot more since it's usually a wasted trip for selling clothes. I hope the staff friendliness picks up and the sell back increases because the idea is really great read more

I decided to try this place out as I needed some newborn girls clothes and maybe a few other baby gear items while there. The store was a decent size with clothing consuming about 80 percent of it. The rest is baby gear such as strollers, baby toys, feeding baby apparatus, etc. the strollers are locked down but I'm sure they will open them for you to see if you're interested. The clothing is well labeled and it was quite easy to find what I was looking for. Upon checkout the lady that worked there told me about all the perks you receive if you're expecting. First purchase you get to choose 3 free body suits for baby from 3 corner bins. It's quite daunting trying to choose these as there is so many. You also receive a bag and every Tuesday and Wednesday I think - you fill the bag and everything in it is 15 percent off. There are loads more perks but I forget. I am sure it's documented somewhere. They are quite happy to explain it to you. The clothes seemed clean with no rips or stains. They also separate items by season which is quite nice. I noticed a lot of Carter's, old navy, H&M. Our experience was very nice and exciting! The staff were extremely polite, and the ultrasound tech seemed to know more about what she was doing than the nurses at the doctors office. We got a TON of pictures, and the tech also let us just look at the baby for a solid 20 minutes in between. The clothing selection is really nice too; there are clothes for all size babies and you can pick bamboo fiber clothes if you'd rather that than cotton. The quality of the clothes are awesome and they are the only ones that haven't faded in the washer/dryer yet. Also, the printed shirts haven't cracked or peeled yet which is a plus. read more

They have pretty much everything you'll need, and they also buy old outgrown clothes, toys etc. These are located everywhere, but this location has a very friendly staff. The owners talked to me for several minutes and they are super friendly and helpful. This place is awesome. Clothes for babies for all seasons. I even saw some costumes. There's also strollers, car swats, bouncers, swings, and toys for babies. My wife uses this place a lot to buy and sell clothes. Her main complaint is that the amount they pay for buying your clothes is very low. However, their prices on clothes to buy are also low, so it evens things out. Her other complaint is the staff constantly reminding her of their buying policy when she goes there a lot to sell back clothes. As a regular customer, she doesn't want the policy recited verbatim every time she goes there. Now she does find great deals on clothes and stuff to buy. She especially has good luck with shoes, usually under $5. She says that the checkout staff is good. They do have a stamp program where when you fill a card, you get a 15% off coupon, which is a nice bonus. She says that the floor staff is very helpful. They offered her a bag to hold all the shoes she was looking at. They also have shopping carts unlike Kid to Kid, which does not. Parking is not a problem here. Plenty of available spots. 4 stars only because they don't give much on buybacks and that they recite policies verbatim, with no personal touch. read more

This place does not give you what your items are worth. I get that they need to resell and make money but they really give you very little. When I tried to sell, the woman gave me a hard time when I didn't agree to the amount they wanted to give me and I asked for my item back and she wouldn't do it...ummm that's not ok. Also, she sat their and judged me because I ran in the item into her store while my son was sleeping in my running car. I'd rather him be safe and cool in my car than in the heat and in her crowded store. You agreed to return it back after I said that it was not ok. In the future, do not hold items if you don't want to do it. Especially if you are going to give customers a hard time. Perhaps in the future, you should have some sort of system in place so customers don't have to try to carry in large items with a child in tow. read more

This store is amazing for buying. They have a huge selection and great prices. When I was there, they also had an extra 50% off clearance prices. For selling your items, it isn't as good. I knew when I took my stuff that I wouldn't get much for it, which was fine. It is a business after all and they need to make money too. However, the excuse of "We didn't take some of your stuff because of light wear and/or stains" is not acceptable. Some of the items they didn't take were never even worn. The staff should probably stop saying that to people and just say we only picked the items we thought would sell. To be told it was rejected due to wear and/or stains when it's never been worn is dumb and kind of insulting to me. I went to this store on yesterday 06/11/2019. While I always have an amazing shopping experience yesterday turned me off completely and I won't be back. I asked the store manager could I exchange 2 wubbanub's for different colors. She asked me "well do you have them with you?" I replied "no they are at home". So she brushed it off. I asked her again and she said she would pull up my transaction history. 5 minutes before she decided to pull up my transaction history another employee told me that my last name was spelled wrong in the system(which means any transactions I had done aren't recorded). (Let me state that the store manager claimed they could pull up my transactions by my phone number but as I was talking to the owner she knew nothing about that.) The store manager pulled up my history and replies "It shows you've only been here one time" with her finger in the air. I stated that I had shopped at the place of business 4+ times spending 80+ dollars each time. The store manager was rude, tried to over-talk me and when I asked could I speak with someone else her reply was "well I'm the store manager" I proceeded to ask her "does she own the business if not I would like to speak to someone else". I understand policy and if you don't exchange new merchandise that's completely fine but the customer service was terrible. I am filing a complaint with BBB as I feel this was racially charged. She spoke to me as if I was making up my past shopping history and the owner told me "people purchase things for a weekend and use them and bring it back Monday" my baby isn't even born yet so how can I use the pacifier?. Where do I even begin? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I have sold clothing to this store multiple times before and haven't had any issue like I did today. They use to take clothes in bags but the last time I sold to them I was informed of the change in policy. Yesterday I called to ask if bringing clothes in a storage tote was acceptable or did it have to be in a box. I was told storage totes were acceptable. Today I went in and was immediately approached with an attitude by the manager saying that the tote I brought the clothes in was too big and that now there was a requirement for the size of the tote. Yet that wasn't explained at all over the phone the day before. She said she would accept it anyway this one time. OK-whatever, tote was too big. Not the end of the world. I left and planned to return in a few hours to pick up whatever wasn't accepted. I didn't even drive one mile away and got a text message saying my order was done. Thinking something was wrong with their system, I immediately called to ask what was going on. I was told my items have a significant amount of pet hair on it and that the manager went through it and could not accept it. Complete and total lie!!!! The majority of the clothes were laid out inside the bin instead of being folded so I could fit it all. One entire side of the bin were clothes that still had the tags on them. How in the world could the "manager" have looked through the bin in a matter of 5 minutes that it took me to pull out the parking lot?!?! And another thing, not a single piece of clothing had pet hair on it. I don't even own any pets!!!!! The staff here is horrible and rude and I will NEVER be returning. I will be taking my business to kid to kid down the street from now on. I got a feeling the staff was entirely too lazy to sort through my items because there was so much in the storage bin. It's their loss because this entire bin was full of brand new clothes as well as top designer items from polo, Jack & Jamie, Mudpie, and much more. Just to prove my items didn't have pet hair on them I included pictures of the storage container I brought in. I also wanted to like this place, but I left not very happy. I went there to sell a lot of baby clothes, and they were all cleaned, with no stains, and brands like carters. They told me that my clothes weren't washed and wouldn't accept them. I washed every one of the clothes before taking them, and the clothes were mostly newborn (and new) because my son is only three months. I left feeling pretty disrespected, it'll be my last time there, and I won't be recommending it to friends/family.
