I'm not sure how this place has mostly good reviews.. maybe they used to be good or those people haven't been in other locations to compare since they're privately owned. I went for my first time 2 weeks ago to get some clothes for my son who is two, he wears a size 3T or 4T depending on the brand. I don't know if they just had a huge sale before I went or what but the rack was fairly empty. That went for all toddler boy sizes. I didn't find much (6 pants and a toy) and usually I leave with 2 huge bags -- from other locations. Upon entering the store it seemed clean and organized till you reach the back toy section and side wall with all the infant products; just a unorganized mess of stuff! I couldn't believe the price they're asking for half of the items they have in their store -- definitely one of the pricier locations I've been to. Most items weren't even half off the original price from major retailers so just pay attention to what you're buying used, especially when you can get it from the retailer themself on sale, brand new for cheaper. I don't think I'll shop there again, however I will sell them my used stuff if they're racking their prices for their products must mean they're buying items for more (probably not, but we'll see) read more

The store is well kept, and i really appreciate that they have a color order! Every time i go here, the staff is always warm and welcoming and willing to help me find whatever it is i need. I most enjoy that I am able to find clothes that are still brand new with the tags attached! 10/10 would recommend! read more

Assistant manager, Cheyenne, is incredibly rude and has a NASTY attitude every time I've been here. I thought the first time maybe she was having a bad day; I've been back about 5 times and it's been the same each time. She has no manners, no customer service skills, is blatantly rude, and just disrespectful. Most people who shop here are moms just buying things for their children. It is so annoying to have to deal with young Karen associates on top of the daily stress of parenting. I'll be reporting her to corporate as well as slandering on Facebook as well! read more

I came into this establishment for the first time today. I was impressed with how clean and organized it is. You wouldn't think that judging the outside, but it is very nice. They have a great selection of just about anything you could think of for a kiddo. The staff were very friendly. read more

I wouldn't even give this place a star. I had the most unfortunate experience. I had asked one singular question to this women named Ari. She was extremely rude towards me. I have never in my life shopped somewhere with someone that had the most nastiest attitude towards me for no reason. I have shopped here for 10+ years and never had a problem up until now. They have been a wonderful company like I said until now with just one nasty employee. I just hope this company is worth keeping this employer because I sure as hell lost my business with them. read more

As a buyer, this is where I go to get most of my boys clothes and shoes. Most of the time they have a great selection with fair pricing. Like any other store you'll have better days than others finding things. They run great specials and are always very friendly. For the amount of items they sell, the store tends to stay organized and clean. I'm a forever customer. read more

I went in today with my husband to sell some furniture. There were three young girls behind the counter going through several garbage bags of clothing. They did not greet us. I had to address them and say I had a car full of stuff. They looked non plussed, even after in told them it was children furnishings. We were told to "bring it in." The girls were rude and seemed completely disinterested. They did purchase the items but were so uninvolved I was shocked. I owned my own business in NY and I have been in Retail Management most of my life. I would never hire a staff like this to represent my business. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone who has quality merchandise to sell. Shame on the owner for having such an uninvolved dispassionate staff. read more

Great selection of cheap but good quality used clothes. If you go in with the expectation that it's used clothes, toys, and furniture and staffed by teenagers, you won't be disappointed. Great for young families that don't want to pay for new name brand clothes. read more

This place is massive (well, at least compared to the Once Upon A Child at the last place we lived). There are aisles and aisles of clothes--all sorted by gender, size, color, and type. Bins and bins of shoes. An entire bookcase. Boppys, diaper bags, rain boots, strollers, high chairs, costumes, and lots and lots of toys. It's definitely some place you should visit--and if I lived closer, I probably wouldn't buy any new clothes and just come here instead as the prices and quality are excellent! read more

Packed full of good choices, I spent $98 and got a haul: it didn't have many toys, books, or movies like most other locations. It was very clean and in a nice shopping center. My only tip would be to get more of the items mentioned above. read more

Their store has a good selection when I'm looking for something in a hurry but the customer service is terrible. I am never greeted when I walk in and when I call to ask questions, the salespeople are hard to talk to. I often ask them to repeat things and I feel that I don't get all the information. I need. When you are selling items, you should call and ask a lot of very specific questions before you load up and make the drive. I have taken tons of things to their store that I was under the impression they would accept and then they didn't. Again, their customer service was awful. They were not very helpful at all. The last time I sold items, I had to going out to the sales person that she had never given me my money that I had signed for. She closed the cash register and walked away without paying me. All of the sales people seem very distracted and into their own social world when I'm in the store. read more

Got several brand new items with tags on them for a quarter of the price. Tons of options. Staff was friendly and polite. Only complaint was that some of the racks were so packed with clothes, I couldn't get anything back on the rack after looking at it. Wish they had a larger book selection as well but that's not necessarily something they can control. read more

Horrible customer service, which is unfortunate because the selection is great. I brought some clothes to trade in, they didn't take many which I totally understand, but they gave me the clothes back in a ripped paper bag while I was holding my 7 month old baby. The bag fell apart and not one of the women offered to help. Luckily another customer did. The staff is incredibly catty, very disappointing for a place that is supposed to serve the community. They won't be getting my business again and I'll be sure to tell others with kids to go elsewhere. read more

I arrived at the store around 3 PM to exchanged any wanted clothing for cash. I was told at that time that they were backed up and it would be approximately 2 hours. They close at 5:00. Due to the time, I decided to go home and return the next day, only to be told that could not receive cash for my items, but could get a store credit. They advised me that there is a sheet of paper on the counter that explains this. It should have been VERBALLY communicated to me when I was told that the wait time would be 2 hours. If the wait time is expected to be more than 30 minutes than the business needs to hire more employees. VERY DISAPPOINTED. read more

Great selection & good prices. They have a wide selection of everything. I love the store in of itself but the customer service is very lacking. Mostly teenage girls with big attitudes. Extremely unprofessional & gossiping in front of customers. I will come back for the selection but cringe when having to deal with these ladies. Please hire some better people. read more

When we moved here 4 years ago I fell in love with this store, but the items and service have gone downhill a lot since then. They don't seem to be buying church dresses anymore, which is the main reason I shop there. A lot of times when we go in the girls behind the counter are talking about the personal drama in their lives and not only do they not acknowledge when customers come in the door but they don't attempt to muffle their conversations. It's awkward when you need to approach to ask a question and they are discussing private dramas about this or that friend or family member. I'm hoping they will get back to stocking nice church clothes, and hoping for either new employees or retraining to have them only discuss personal matters when there are no customers in the store. read more

I just had the worst experience at this store. Starting with the red headed clerk who NEVER smiled or spoke kindly during our transaction! I do not understand your advertising for clothing and items when I carried in a group of items that were clean-folded and labeled and they were never looked at! Clothes-clean - folded and sorted into sizes and bagged according to size. Toys were clean-new batteries and all working- returned- no explanation. Baby gear- clean working order- returned and finally 6 sets of geo trax - all there- all working and highly collectible- I was told well your going to have to put it together before we will consider it. I said - it's a very large set- reply- oh well- now, before I decided to crawl around on the floor in front of the other customers I asked for a ballpark in pricing to see if I was still interested in letting it go. 20.00. Are you kidding me? Check your pricing again- it was 6 sets! Ok. not looking to make millions off these items but be realistic. Also, I presented a Disney club train ball pit and crawl through collapsible toy in the box with 20 balls (others can be purchased anywhere) - I get it back with the box torn- it sticking out and told it only has 20 balls not 30 - that's it. The clothing discussed earlier returned with the one bag that was gone through all shoved back into the bag. So as I am carrying EVERYTHING back out to car 2 women stopped me to ask if I had changed my mind about selling my stuff. I said no, they just didn't want it- they asked if they could look through it and I said yes. They bought items from me right in parking lot and suggested that I should set up a yard sale outside of the store because there were really nice items to be had and they didn't understand why they were not taken in the store. Again, I wasn't looking to get rich, it's resale. But decent customer service would be nice. Explanations would be better and don't tell people you don't want the items your website specifically advertises you take. Never again- not even to purchase. If your not happy with your job - give it to someone who will appreciate the opportunity and if you have an issue with someone bringing in a large order- suggest on your website that an appointment should be made instead of making a customer feel bad for even coming in that day. read more
