My neighbors recommended this facility for PT. I've been to PT before, but not in this area. I echo those who have noted the positive attitude by staff - everyone from the front desk to the doctors and clinic personnel are very personable and positive. You can tell the people working there enjoy it. That makes it much easier to look forward to your appointments. After several weeks of therapy, I am ready to continue work on my own and I am grateful to Dr. Samantha for her work in diagnosing the issues and helping me get stronger to solve the problem! Let me start by saying that Dr Corey Brinton is the BEST physical therapist on the entire planet! Let me add that Dr Corey and physical therapy assistant Ashley are the best physical therapy team on the planet ! Why you may ask ..... because at 75 years of age my knees were KILLING me! Over the years I found myself sitting more and moving less less and less! I thank God above that I found One Accord! After several weeks of therapy my knees greatly improved and after several more weeks of therapy I am pain free! Not only are the years of pain gone gone gone but my entire body is stronger, my energy level has greatly improved, and I am doing the activities that I thought I would never enjoy again! In my 30 plus year career in psychology I have never experienced a surrounding that was more emotionally supportive than One Accord! If you are in pain. If you find yourself sitting and moving less. I called them 25 hours before my appointment to cancel and was told today that I will be charged if I do it again because they say it was less than 24 hours. Well if they got off their butt and answered the phone in a timely manner, they would have known when I called. I asked the PT Therapist, " What if I wake up sick? Am I supposed to come in and throw up there ??" Their policy is punitive and unreasonable . I wouldn't recommend them for their indifference to their "Patients". read more

Dr Kyle Flood is the absolutely BEST physical therapist I have ever seen. In just a few months, I have gone from taking daily pain Rx for my arthritic lower back to taking no Rx while feeling ALMOST TOTALLY pain-free. (I ache a bit now and again, but this is nothing compared to what I once endured.) My mobility, my ability to stay in a single position for extended periods, and my quality of life have all been amazingly enhanced. I have been going here for the past few weeks. I had a total knee replacement, and I'm working with Rafael. I really enjoy working with him. Pushes me just enough so I get it done. This place was making me worse, i stopped going here because of me coming out worse than going in, im now going somewhere else.

Over the years I have had to go to physical therapy many times. I have chosen One Accord because of the professional and caring staff from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. I have had the privilege to work with four of the therapists and to a person I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They are so positive and encouraging that it makes you want to do your best. I am presently working with Dr. Kyle Flood and he is just wonderful in his encouragement of the progress I am making with a total knee replacement. I get discouraged, but he cheers me on along with Vanessa and Cynthia the two techs with whom I am working. They don't just stick you on a machine with a timer. read more
