Today, while doing my laundry, I witnessed the Hispanic employee on duty treat an elderly Black man with the same level of suspicion and disrespect he has shown me for months. He stares constantly and sometimes follows me around; it feels like harassment and sends a clear message of 'What are you doing here?'
