I cannot say enough good things about these guys! We needed our basement cleared out prior to renovating - we're in Centre City, narrow basement stairs, a wall of paint tins inherited with the house, lumber and accumulated junk all needed to go - not an easy or pleasant job. OCCO were so helpful, understanding and professional - I easily got a quote, scheduled an appointment for them to come and yes, everything went to plan. The crew were polite, punctual, courteous and extremely hardworking - job done in less than 3 hours, and they were careful to not damage the walls/floors etc hauling stuff out, and even wiped-down some of the grubbier items before moving them out, so as to minimise any dirt tracked through the hallway. On top of that, OCCO try to recycle and donate as much material as possible, rather than just dump it, which is more than many junk removal companies. I highly recommend them! read more

I can't give One Call Clean Out enough accolades and compliments! What a wonderful company with such dedicated professional staff. This was a treasure of a find for me. I was assigned to clean out my father-in-law's apartment and was left with a collection of items to either throw out or donate, and I didn't have time to rummage through it all. Rather than have piles to throw away, donate or recycle, One Call Clean Out did it all, and did it well! The three young men came on time, did the whole job in less than an hour, were kind, considerate, neat, professional, and I truly can't sing enough praises. And on top of this, the price was far lower than I had anticipated! And no....they have not paid me to say this!! Lol. Truly, I can't say enough great things about them. What a great group of guys to do business with. From a moment I called John to make an appointment, I knew this was going to be a great experience. I had to clean out an entire house and had time constraints. John set up an appointment within a day or two. I got an email confirming my appointment, and on the day of my appointment, they actually were about a half an hour early! Nothing was a problem. Everyone was so great to deal with. They actually work very quickly. I was amazed at how much they accomplished in such a short period of time. They're very HONEST!!!! They always confirmed what needed to be hauled away. These guys are great! They cleaned out my entire house for much less than all the other companies I called and they didn't have to sacrifice professionalism and punctuality to do so! They told me the reason why they were nearly half the cost was because they donate, recycle, or re-sell about 80% of the items they remove rather than just taking the items to a landfill. I thought that was pretty cool and a great idea. I wish I could invest in these guys because they have an extremely unique business model... and they were sharp and professional the whole time. I used their services last month to remove some furniture that I hadn't been able to get rid of after I sold my house in November. The next day when starting to pack for the move, I realized I had left ALL my jewelry in a dresser they had taken. Certain that I'd probably never see the jewelry again, I called Mike and explained what had happened. They did excellent work, were courteous, thorough and cleaned up marvelously. One Call Clean Out is far superior to all other similar companies. First of all they are local and when you schedule you get a phone call from the person coming to help. Even with a screw up on my end they were very accommodating to help me get rid of my junk sofa before my landlord got upset about it sitting on the porch. They are amazing! We were literally in the middle of moving my son out of his house when I had to have emergency surgery.
