The finished product is beautiful, and Pat, the…read moremain guy on the job, was kind, hardworking, and did excellent work, we truly appreciated his effort. That being said, the process was not smooth. We were originally told the project would take 3-4 days, but it ended up taking 12. We also had to ask for the fence to be re-stained after it was supposedly done the first time. With 3 dogs, 2 kids, and 4 neighbors' yards connected, the delays were frustrating. We were told crews would arrive at 8:00-8:30 AM, but they never came before 9:30, and instead of the promised 3-5 workers, there were usually only 2, and one of them (I believe he is the owners son) did very little while Pat carried most of the work. The quality of the fence itself is great, but the timeline, communication, and professionalism from the owner, Adrian, left a lot to be desired. If you have the patience for delays, you'll likely be happy with the end result, but be prepared for the process to take longer than expected.

Beware that Sturdy Fencing LLC is not a registered or licensed company with Colorado and is not insured. Jesse Pereira owes us a refund of $2.9k since Nov 26, 2021 and has gone silent in his communication with us. We cancelled our project with him after he placed the string line for the new fence on a cedar post that was NOT the correct corner post and would have given up approx 12 in of our property to our neighbor if we had not caught the error. Jesse had issued and signed an invoice dated 11/16/2021 that he would refund $2.9k in CASH to us on 11/26/2021. On 11/24/2021, Jesse texted us that "I'm sorry. I spent most of it and can't pay it all back now. I have rent comming up. I will sell my truck this week to get it back to you." Given that statement there would have been no way for him to complete the fence since he spent the deposit for purchasing our fence material on something else! It looks like we will have to go to court to get our money back. We have sent Jesse several emails requesting payment and he has blocked our phone number. Stay away from Sturdy Fencing LLC, which isn't even a legal company.

We eventually placed about 1200 sqft of grass, installed a sprinkler system, and put up a 25ft privacy fence to close out my yard. The work was completed quickly and with great quality, and Sergio consistently kept me updated on progress. Since the completion of the work, he has also continued to keep in touch to recommend when to turn on/off the sprinkler system, how much to water, and generally making sure the lawn is kept in good condition.
