I had them replace a broken spring several years ago and the technician did excellent work; so when my door started to slam shut I called them first. A technician came out the next day to do a "tune up". Again I appreciated his work and the time he spent to resolve the issue. Unfortunately a week later the door was making loud noises when opening. So I called again and the dispatcher was very helpful and was able to send a QC tech out the same afternoon. This tech was again excellent, found the cause of the noise and did further adjustments on the door hardware totally eliminating the noise and solving another issue with a loose cable. i could not be happier with the work performed by each technician and the follow through of the company to resolve the final issue. read more

I had a problem with my door on Sunday and found it is hard to get anybody out on a Sunday, so I had time to look at some companies. I chose One Clear Choice because of all the good reviews. The bad reviews seamed to be weird because they were soo bad and that contradicted all the good reviews. When my technician Jason showed up he was very knowledgeable and respectful of my situation. He explained the how, the why and how much, and it didn't sound rehearsed. I asked if I could watch and he said most definitely yes!!! When it comes to service in your home THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE!. One Clear Choice installed my opener last December. Everything has been good since then until yesterday when the spring broke and disabled the door. I was very pleased with their short notice arrival even though it cost an extra $75 for them arrive on such short notice. I was not able to accept waiting for over a week to avoid the extra charge. I had wanted to replace my garage door for awhile, and finally settled on One Clear Choice late last year. I bought the door at the Loveland office after speaking to Judy there in late November. There are lots of design choices, and the prices are reasonable. The doors are manufactured in Indiana, and the backlog of orders resulted in a two month wait for delivery, but I wasn't in a hurry so it wasn't a problem. The tinfoil like door on our 10 years old house is finally giving up what with our very frequent use. The top 18' long support bracket finally kinked and my cobbled together repair wasn't hacking it. Although a keypad could have been installed to work with my existing opener and after evaluating my opener and door, and without any pressure, I agreed on a new opener since the old one was 25 years old and showing signs of wear. The bottom garage door roller broke from the guide rail. Brad identified the problem due to a bracket that was bent from it's designed 90 degrees from the wall as well as the guide rail having a bend.
