So we hired them to put in a sliding door and deck and a box mantle over the fireplace. Price was pretty comparable to anyone else in my opinion. We started out with months and i mean months of meeting after meeting which at the time I was like "ok, they are very organized cool" but was not the case. We were scheduled to break ground on March 29th and was told many times that this project would be "no big deal" and "2-3 weeks tops." They didn't break ground until April 15th... So ok little bit of a late start no biggie; once the project started they give you a schedule through an app, once I looked the schedule looked like 6-7 weeks which I was assured was a mistake. The schedule was absolutely useless because it was constantly changed; people wouldn't show up on days work was scheduled and on off days would come and go randomly. There was never any honest reasons for this like when I was told "my two guys were sick" so they were both sick and also all week long? Ok cool. They left my gate open twice resulting in my dog getting out, luckily not very far. When all was said and done it took about 9 weeks with constant issues the entire time. Again, The work was fantastic and not a speck of dust in the house so that was great but overall it was just unorganized and not very transparent. When we were doing our final walk through the owner Ron told us "you guys are lucky you got in when you did, we are now setting price cap and nothing under 100k" odd thing to say to a customer imo
