If you ask Nestor a follow up question, he may not answer it but tell you instead to give them your credit card info. Follow up politely asking for an answer, and you may then get some guy on the phone saying he's helping Nestor. He will just talk over you -- again and again. Try saying, "let me finish", and then he will tell you to work with another business. Great advice. Red flags, big time. In reply: Your "attempted to help" meant not allowing me to finish my one question by repeatedly interrupting me. Who constantly talks over a customer including after they say "let me finish" three separate times? Someone who doesn't care to listen? Worked with Nestor last year in the midst of the canceled 2020 graduation season but it was the easiest thing and I was immensely pleased with the finished product. I was able to get two identical prints on corrugated plastic to make a double sided flag like structure atop my car for my son's drive thru commencement that would withstand rain if necessary. Image review and ordering was done through email and payment was done over the phone - necessary for social distancing at the time and pick up was curbside as well. They even changed the signs to my specifications no problem and was quick in doing that too. Been going to them for my PUC stickers for the past few years. Inquiries and orders should be done via e-mail for quick efficient responses. My large PUC stickers (cut outs and all) were fulfilled within a day. I recently ordered large heavy-duty magnets to be used on our company vehicle, and it came out not only beautifully, but, surprisingly durable. Parking is right in front of the store. And I liked that there were many pictures of business clientele. I called and talked to Lester, sent him what I wanted. And *poof*, he promised me the banner for Wednesday morning. I needed a sign for a garage sale that I was going to be having at my job. I emailed this place and Joe worked with me on a quote for the design I wanted. I told him that a developer would be paying for the sign so I just needed the invoice. This Guy Has Serious Issues**Beware**Same as Vicki, I sent an email with measurements of logo, & after going back & forth, he sent a price of $50 & asked if old sticker needed to be removed. Then sent another email refuting what he just stated & mention needing a vector file. I didn't know what vector was. My image was created in 2018 from a TM Logo I created in 2001 in HAWAII & have published in Library of Congress(HELLO I'm A Published Author) & he tells me I should have called 1st instead email. He argued telling me asked for something other than a sticker which is FALSE**& said I should listen to him, instead hearing me out or listening to my questions, he cut me short told me I wasn't understanding HIM & then said he didn't want to do it. This Guy Has serious Issues with authority, women, & customer service. Still waiting to know what the $50 is for, cause I asked for a Sticker(he was confused & sd I asked for sticker removal-he's living in lala land, cause I sent measurements & picture how is that asking to remove it) I said replace it!!!! He an idiot** Go to someone that doesn't double talk & take back the price they gave you!!
