This place rocks!!! My friend gave me this contact info for me to make a Happy Birthday banner for my husband. I emailed them with what I wanted and even sent some Hi-res photos to be put on. I told them I wanted to pick it up Tuesday since that was my day off. They responded immediately with questions on what I wanted. We corresponded a few times before they sent me a picture of what it would look like. It also came with an invoice so once I approved it and paid, they would make it! It only took a few days and was actually ready but I couldn't go until Tuesday. The workers were so nice and helpful. They showed me the banner and it was amazing. I parked in the back and just ran in, I am not sure if that was legit parking for them or not. If you have a poster or banner you need made, these are you go to! I have never been dealt with so professionally and personably as with Signs Today. My company has dealt with multiple sign/brochure companies over the years. Two recent examples - 1) due to recent high winds, about six inches of the top part of retractable banner separated from the holder. Although I had purchased it from them over a year ago, they not only seemed more than happy to fix it for free, but did while I waited! 2) Also about a year ago they made brochures for me but due to unclear communication (probably on me) I wasn't satisfied with the result. I emailed their customer service with just some general questions, costs, artwork requirements, turnaround times etc. and Jamie responded within the hour. We had 2 weeks to get our banner and flags ready for an event and they were super quick. Kyle generated the proofs the same day we sent in the artwork along with a price quote and they even sent us an online invoice to pay that same day. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they offer a huge variety of custom signs/banners etc. for any type of event. Their website is professional and easy to navigate and has all the information you need including templates, costs, artwork requirements etc. and has samples of their previous jobs. If I could give them zero I would. They made me a sample print for a 300 tote bags. I liked sample so I said to go ahead to do the 300. When I came to pick up when they said they were finished they had changed the font by mistake and had only completed 250. WTF. They told me that they had trouble and to come back in two days. We ordered the magnets and they were ready within just a couple days. We forgot to add our license number to the magnet and contacted them again for a smaller magnet with just our license number and got them within just a couple days.
