Kathy Aikens was our personal chef between April 2025 and January 2026, when she was located in the San Antonio Texas vicinity Kathy did everything well, including creating inventive, delicious, well-plated and attractive meals. Kathy was open to new ideas and to trying new dishes. She and my wife collaborated on creating many new and exciting meals. In addition, we occasionally had supper parties during which Kathy would suggest the menu, shop for all ingredients, prepare the meal, serve the meal, usually in three or four courses, clear the table, wash the dishes and clean the kitchen and leave everything spotless. Our experience with Kathy could not have been better. We were very disappointed to see her move from the San Antonio area. We are still trying to find a suitable replacement, but we have been unable to do so. Suffice it to say that you could not do better than employ Kathy Akin as your personal Chef.
