I have been using One Home for almost 3 years for Cpap supplies. On Dec 26 2024 we were getting ready for a trip so I was prepping the cpap for the trip. The water tank broke 1 of the hinges. So I called one home and told them what happened. I was told yeah and you are due a new mask and hose and all other supplies. I was told sure we well ship it all out on Monday. Great. It took 4 months to get all my products. Just in time to start fighting them again. Fast forward to yesterday I was told that because of my stage 3 copd i now need oxygen. ok. I was told that everything was going to be delivered between noon and 4pm fine. At 4:10 I called one home. They gave me the run around until I asked for a supervisor. Got the supervisor on the phone and I was told by her that they would be to my house between 5 and 7 pm. My question was what happened to the noon to 4 window. Oh I dont let me find out. 15 minutes on hold And i was told between 5 and 7 well they showed up at 6:30.This is the absolute WORST company I have EVER delt with. read more

This is by far a company with one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You should not be contracted with Medicare, because it's obvious your service is subpar because you are guaranteed customers. I have been on the phone with someone from this company at least 4 times about the same thing. Still the colostomy supply has not been provided. I called on 11/6 and was told they just received order, and to call back for tracking. I called again 11/9 to follow up on order and was told no order has been placed, and that order would need to be placed today, meanwhile my father is almost completely out of supply. By far the most apathetic home care service I've ever experienced. It took them 24 hours to get my husband's hospital bed which was promised by end of day on a Tuesday. I called a couple of times to check if the bed was still being delivered and they kept saying "yes, you'll be our last stop". By 8:45 pm I called one last time and they said "I'm sorry m'am, you'll be morning delivery tomorrow." Meanwhile my severely ill & disabled husband is sleeping in his wheelchair all day. We weren't morning delivery on Weds either. The truck finally arrived at 4pm while my husband continued to sleep in his wheelchair. The young man that made the delivery (by himself) was professional & polite. I pressed him hard as to why they kept telling me it would be delivered the day before but then they cancelled for the day. He finally stated "honestly no one wants to set up the bed, I'm really one of the few that do it!" I was astonished at his response. Bunch of lazy staff! Please do not retaliate against an employee that tells the truth - how about hiring people that want to work and care that there is a sick individual in need; waiting for delivery of not just a bed, but a walker, a commode & a shower chair. I never write reviews, but I felt like this nice young man needed to be recognized. I am very serious when it comes to my grandmother & how she is treated. She is a lot older and the way Jamaic gave us such a warm, genuine impression should be recognized. It's not often that someone comes in and they are able to show up for your loved one the way they would for their own. I'm not very happy with these people,for the first,it took forever to get the first power chair when it arrived a Jazzy nice the guy measured the door ways great and then the wait and then it arrived I was very happy until a half a hour after learning it I hooked it up to charge,12 hrs still the lights kept showing not charged. Ok called aweek later another one and after a half aday it's brok down ,now I'm waiting 6 wks. I have the broken chair,I may just sell as is for 1,000.quid. I finally got a portable oxygen machine, then a week later I got a $44.00 bill so I called these people and was told that the bill was correct so I sent the $$44.00 payment BUT then about a week later I got another bill for $44.00 again. I called their office to question THAT bill and they said that it was (also) correct, but I explained that I was being billed said amount for a 1 WEEK usage of the machine./ After much argument, I sent them a very detailed letter and a check for $11.00... based on what I thought would be fair. I am 82 years old and on a fixed income. Then today I received another bill for $44.00. This tells me that they ARE NOT ANSWERING MY LETTER... KEPT THE $11.00 AND... WANT $44.00 MORE! I want to point out that the machine was picked up at 5 weeks and 2 days after it was delivered to me! Although very expensive, the machine they brought me was very bulky at 10 lbs. did not work out well for me, the battery life is short and the batteries for this machine are almost $300.00. Our nurse Jim has been amazing! So quick and gentle. He is taking great care of my Hubs! But, my husband is home from the Hospital after Two amputation surgeries and this company has not provided any wound care supplies. I am going out to buy gauze. I called the company and was told they would send a "refill". I made it very plain that NO supplies were sent. Then the person that answered the phone asked me "what do you need?" ridiculous turn around time no one knows where delivery drivers are and still waiting for commode to be delivered since this morning.

After 7 phone calls, I received the same wrong item 3 times. They hang up on you, won't let you speak to supervisors, and each person you speak to tells you a different story. Long story short, we have 3 face masks we can't use and no nasal applicator after 4 weeks of calling and explaining the issue. If this 4th time doesn't do it, I will suggest the doctor use a different supplier as clearly they cannot handle the orders. read more

No compassion for suffering patients. My grandmother had everything expedited after her overnight oxygen test. (Respiratory driver was great, went aboveand beyondto get it done fast) I've been waiting to hear from this one home medical equipment dispatch and nothing..so I called and they said it will be 3 more days and take her to the ER if she needs it that badly. Well, honestly the last thing I want to do is bring her to the ER for breathing issues when there's a virus out there that attacks the respiratory system! I mean the least he could have done is let me know that they are "doing their best" to get her the medical care she needs as soon as they can! Super bad customer service. I have stage 4 lung cancer and have not been able to get my home oxygen from this company for over a week and a half now. They keep saying that the delivery driver can't get a hold of me because I am not answering my phone. I am sure the driver is probably high sitting in a parking lot eating McDonald's right about now. I told them that I'd have to spend the weekend in the hospital if they could not deliver it today. They promised me it would be here and again they have not delivered on their promise. This is a terrible durable medical equipment business. I received my C-Pap machine and supplies from them. From the beginning they were rude, impatient, and uncaring on the phone. I never received notification from them when my C-Pap machine was recalled approximately 3 years ago. Fortunately I heard about the recall and stopped using the machine. After all this time they finally contacted me to return the machine! I was happy to return it, but not happy about their services. read more

Since July 14, 2020 I am calling to request the repair of my sleeping machine and the accessories for it (filters, hoses etc). Today July 21 call for the fourth time and after the previous calls they told me that they were preparing the shipment and that they would call me to agree on the date on which the mechanic could come to check my machine. They never called me before and today I call and they and tell me that they will send me a new machine and the attachments in August 14 2022. Do you consider their work to be serious ??. The tanks that these people sent me were no good since I didn't need them. I asked them to pick them up in June!! I'm trying to return them. I have called this company every day this week to validate if delivery of a bed and wheelchair for my elderly family member will occur. Each time I call the delivery address is incorrect and they claim the error prevents delivery and they must contact the delivery team which pushes delivery out another day. This has occurred 3 times... Now apparently they arrive to deliver the equipment and claimed no one was home so delivery needs to be rescheduled since I missed them. I've spoken with at least three customer service representatives; the last one was on 07/06/21. This is when I asked for a supervisor, who identified himself as Carlos. I spoke with Carlos three times on this date, and in the last conversation he said he would call me back with a resolution in 20 to 30 minutes. One hour passed and Carlos had not called. I therefore called back to speak with Carlos, but the representative said he couldn't transfer the call to Carlos. The representative took my number and said he was chatting with Carlos online and sending him my number to return my call. This was at 4:53 p.m. on 07/06/21; six hours passed, and I was still waiting for Carlos to return my call. He never did and as of 07/20/20, still hasn't. I have no words to describe this. Since I made the request on 06/28/21, no employee I've spoken with at One Homecare Solutions has taken care of or escalated the request I made on 06/28/21, to change the company from One At Home-Dade, who's providing homecare services to my mom, to another company. I've made three request to change this company, which includes the request made on 07/06/21, with Carlos. After each request I noticed I would immediately get a call from a One At Home-Dade an employee that provides an in-home service or I would receive a call directly from a representative at One At Home-Dade. This happened on 07/06/21, with a call from Jessica at One At Home-Dade, and has also happened on other occasions. I asked Jessica did someone from One Homecare Solutions contact her, and she said they had. At this point I didn't speak with Jessica any further because I felt Carlos, the supervisor, was dishonest in his conversation with me. Therefore, after disconnecting the call with Jessica, I made one last attempt to speak with Carlos who told me Carmen, the Coordinator, would be calling me; she never did. Instead I received the call from Jessica as stated above. It was obvious to me that Carlos or someone at One Homecare Solutions had notified staff at One At Home-Dade of my complaint and my request to cancel their service and asked them to call me. This was not the first occurrence of me receiving a call immediate from staff at One At Home-Dade after speaking to a representative at One Homecare Solutions regarding my request to cancel or complain about staff at One at Home-Dade. This is revealing and tells me my complaints and requests were never taken seriously. Also, that my request to change the homecare agency was never considered or sent to upper management at One Homecare Solutions like I was told it would be by the representative on 06/28/21. Also, in one instance, I called One At Home-Dade directly to complain about one of their homecare employees and was place on hold then someone from One Homecare Solutions picked up. I questioned this but wasn't given a believable answer. My experiences with these two companies have been exhausting and leads me to believe they are one and the same; these were not a coincidences. Each representative seemed to be documenting my concerns, complaint, etc. everytime I've called, but this is obviously part of their deception. Listed below is only one of my mom's and my experience with One Homecare Solutions and One At Home-Dade since she was discharged from a rehabilitation center on 06/25/21. My mom has received homecare services in the past, but she nor I have never experienced such disorganization, unprofessionalism, lack of truthful communication and the lack concern or care for her needs. One Example (there are more): 1. My first interaction was with a skilled-nurse who called but never introduced herself. I had to ask her name, and she never stated the company's name. She called me one hour before she wanted to come, but I never knew the service was scheduled. Although this was unprofessional and disorganized, I agreed to the time, but she didn't come. I therefore called her. She answered and told me she was hungry, had a headache and needed to eat lunch; this was one hour after the agreed upon time for my mom's session. read more

I have been forced to use One Homecare solutions for my medical equipment due to my change in insurance to Humana on April 1st, 2022. My other choice is to purchase and maintain my equipment myself. If purchasing was possible, I wouldn't be using a Humana medicare advantage program for my health care. I will not go into detail regarding my cardiovascular history but beginning last year I would occasionally wake up during the night with episodes of tachycardia or bigeminal heart irregularities requiring hospitalizations. After muchado it was discovered I needed a CPAP machine. Since I have had the use of such a machine I have not been awakened by an episode of cardiac arrthymias. My new Primary M.D. and Pulmonologist ordered a CPAP machine exactly like I had so I could return the one I had to the DME company that Humana wouldn't pay for. Order dated 4-26-22. On may 2nd a black box made in china was delivered. I reminded them that was not like the CPAP I had and what the M.D. ordered. She didn't have a duplicate with her. On May 9th, another CPAP was delivered that looked like the one I had. It was called a reconditioned one since they didn't have a new one. I called the other DME provider to pick up their machine since I thought my problem was solved. I began using the reconditioned CPAP on May 18th. It was so noisey I could not sleep at night even with my hearing aides out of my ears. I called for a new one but they said they couldn't come until the 24th. I covered the machine with a pillow at night in order to sleep. On the 24th another refurbished machine was delivered. I tried to accommodate this machine but it smelled like mold and began making noises as the pressure increased. I finally called again and ask for the machine to be cleaned. They gave me an appt. for service on June 20th. I was to continue breathing mold for those weeks. In the meantime, I saw my Primary M.D. in the interim. I informed her of the above and she was furious. She said I should have received a new machine. On 20th of June I finally received a new CPAP machine that worked as expected. Two months. I must say all employees were courteous and empathetic both in my home and on the phone but no one was able to let me talk to a respiratory supervisor or was I to understand their prioritizing. How does anyone make decisions without understanding the need for service? My oxygen concentration of 60% at night and my cardiac arrthymias were not enough for me to be a priority. Breathing mold into my lungs was not enough to be a priority to clean the machine. Two M.D. orders were not enough for me to get a new machine. It makes one wonder what kind of people are making decisions for service for this organization. read more

Had some issues in the way the insurance pre-authorization was handled by their case manager making it 2 weeks late in delivering my 12 years old son knee scooter but they did come through in the end to make it right. I am new patient that have to use this company to get a noninvasive ventilator. I had to change insurance company and I am now with Humana and have to use One Home Care to the ventilator. I have been trying since 1/2/24 to the ventilator. I have Hypercapnia and need the machine to breathe while I sleep. the ventilator was approved by Humana , my doctors sent all the information they needed several times, I have three way calls with them and the doctors and they still say that they have not received the information they need. They even canceled the order and can't tell the doctor why the order was canceled. I was even in the docto's office when they faxed over the information and still I don't have the ventilator. this is the WORST experience I had with any company. I guess when I am back in the hospital or die from not having the ventilator they will try to do better in caring about their patients. if you have another option DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Poor Customer Service, we never got a curiosity call to have her hospital delivered on yesterday, 12/16/21. Mom was at doctor and they wanted to deliver. Gabriel told 3:00pm or 3:30pm. The truck showed up at 8:37pm I have driver on my ring. Went to the door after getting out of bed because Gabriel said they get off at 5:00pm with last stop at 4:00pm or 4:30pm. The driver then said what time in the morning would you like your deliver, I said 9:00 or 9:30am. As we speak at 4:10pm typing this no delivery for my mom. This is not the first bad experience with them. If they had more competition they would do better. They don't care after they get Medicare money for the patients. read more

We had One Home for my mother, (who has dementia) and while the PT was ok, the OT staff was completely horrible! The First Gentleman called to come out the same day and when I told him I was at work so that wasn't good. He immediately gave me attitude and told me he wasn't sure when he can come. I called and requested another therapist. A young lady came to do the Evaluation and she was good. Well.. many days passed and another gentleman called after 4pm to come out.. again the same day. I said no and asked him for another day/time. He agreed and came out another day but literally was only there 15mins. And worked on "balance" by having my mother only stand for 5 minutes and a few arm exercises. My mother was scheduled for only 2 visits and of course we have not heard from him again. So obviously he counted HIS first mishap as a missed visit. It's really sad how Home Health operates on defenseless patients. read more

AVOID!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish I could give zero stars! The phone agents have no idea what is going on, or how to escalate a problem! This company was used to arrange medical equipment for my family member who is hospitalized, and attempted to deliver the equipment to her home on a Sunday, without even a call. Obviously, since she remains hospitalized, there was no one there to accept it. Now they are making it difficult to get this equipment that is needed prior to discharge. They won't return calls or communicate. The front line agents tell me something different each time that I call. I will definitely pass this on to the insurance company.
