I was skeptical at first after being disappointed by a few tours as well as overwhelmed, however, the moment my husband and I walked inside, we both immediately glanced at each other amazed by how wonderfully welcoming it was. My initial amazement was its cleanliness and it smelled so wonderful! As a first time parent, this school met all of our needs. We enrolled our daughter at 19 months old and she adjusted within 3 days, with barely a tear! She now runs to the door and doesn't even look back. Ms. Emily is the director and the first person we met during the tour. She has the kindest eyes! She was welcoming and very thorough. She has done an incredible job and should be proud. My daughters teachers are Ms. Lili And Ms. Marta. Both of these wonderful and patient ladies greet us everyday with a huge smile eager to see our girl! It's so much appreciated!! I've had brief interactions with other teachers between picking up and dropping off and Ms Milly is a doll!! I recently met Ms Maria who seems just as sweet as the rest of the team. Despite COVID restrictions, such as social distancing amongst parents and not being able to attend typical holiday gatherings, you still get the family environment! We had a good and the most horrible experience with the agency. One nanny emotionally abused my son…read morein 2 days that she was there.When I left with my daughter to class I checked the cameras at home and she put my son infront of TV (when I specifically told her he can only watch tv when he eats) and went outside to speak on the phone. When I texted and called her she didn't respond. Then I spoke to her through in home camera and she flipped out on me calling me names and threatening that she's going to leave now if i "don't get my ass home right effing now". She continued to yell at me through the camera. While I got out of class at this point my son was distressed and crying in hysteria. She proceeded to call my son horrible names and eventually left the house and stood outside while my son was in panic crying for 15 mins while I was driving. When I finally arrived she was still outside proceeded calling me names. I ran into the house with my daughter and saw my son on the floor in complete panic. They clearly did not do a thorough background check on her. Our other nanny was good but she quit because she felt "overworked". While she never worked for more than 40-43 hours per week. Having said that the agency provided us with babysitters when our nanny wasn't available and we're very efficient with it.

They didn't respond to any of my calls or emails for the entire first month after I spent a lot of time filling out the extensive nanny application form. Finally, when I got a hold of them, they were extremely difficult to to schedule a time for meeting - for weeks I went back and forth with them through short text messages since they wouldn't answer the phone, and they simply turned down my suggestions on interview times without offering me any more interview times. I continued to try to work something out and after three weeks we agreed on a time. I told them that I am five hours away, and would drive all the way to them, although they only offered 10 in the morning. So I rented a car, drove all the way from Tampa to Miami at 4 in the morning, and arrived there at 9am. I texted them that I was ready when they were to meet. They texted me back that they were not able to meet, they had a family emergency. I spent $60 renting a car, $60 on gas and tolls, 10 hours driving in one day, all to be stood up just minutes before the meeting. They said they were sorry. That is all the professionalism you can expect for such an agency.

It may have been unfortunate but she told me immediately so I could adjust my plans. Other than that one time, they've always confirmed and had sitters come on time and ready to play. We sadly had a similar experience with this agency. We paid a $5k fee for a nanny who after 2…read moremonths we realized was not a good fit. By this point, the previous owner Jennifer had sold the business to a recent college graduate who was unable to send us any viable candidates (one was 40 min late for her interview, the other spoke very little english). Emails go unanswered from anyone at the agency, or I'm told they will send candidates to review and they do not. They already have my $5k, so we are not getting any help. Please, do not use this agency.
