The only reason I'm only giving 4 stars out of 5 is that I was told my pants would be finished two days later by 11am (I said I could pick them up in two days before noon, or I could get them the following week as there was no rush). I arrived to pick them up at 11:35am while on my way to work, and I ended up having to wait 5 minutes while he finished one of my pants in front of me. It wasn't a big deal, but if I I had come at 11am when he said they would be done then I would have waited 40 minutes or I would have had to come back to get my pants on another day. I would recommend this tailor, but I would suggest giving them more time to finish your items, even if they sound confident that they will have it done in a couple of days.

But I asked for a small slit in the left and she failed to give me that. I have a tattoo and will be wearing custom sneakers so I really wants both of those to show. She did attempt a slit but it didn't end up working. The stitching is horribly done, and there is so much bulging fabric that she didn't off that peaks out of the slip and just looks off. Then I asked her to take off more then normal from my waist since I wanted a very open back. She instead made the open back smaller and you can barley see the beautiful corset that my dress has. Overall I don't think it was worth what we paid since she didn't execute what I wanted. I still do love my dress but I'm still disappointed that I am unable to have the perfect dress. But I will say if your looking for some simple alterations she I'd recommend her. But if you want crazy big changes or add-ons done I'd look somewhere else.

Even though I wasn't around back then, you still get a sense of nostalgia when you walk in the door. They have a really cool huge collection of police cloth badges from all over the world, tacked up behind the front counter. You can easily spend a half hour just gawking at them trying to figure out where and when they're from. Nice way to pass the time while waiting for clothes. Service is fast, in a retirement home kind of way but it's all par for the course.

I opened my dress bag and it looked the same as the day I brought it home. She was rude and I asked to speak to the manager, he was also rude and said their work wasn't gaurteed. I was NOT told that in the beginning. Having to pay 254$ I would have thought my dress would be cleaned! He wouldn't offer a discount at all. They lost my business and my families and friends. I made sure I told everyone. I should add, when I got home and took my dress out to look it over good, there was also a rip in my dress. I didn't even bother calling them. I would reccomend not going there . I'm now out 254$ for a dress that can't be worn , I can't even give it away to someone who might be in need.

Sana is the lovely proprietress, and she greets everyone with a smile and can-do attitude. I have had multiple pairs of jeans hemmed here, and zippers replaced on items from skirts to my favourite wool winter jacket. Sana will put a rush on anything you need if necessary, though I have never needed anything quickly. She is capable and pleasant to deal with. Replacing a small zipper will run you around $8-10 and having some small alterations done will likely be around $10-$20. You can ask at the time if you're concerned about cost, though I have always found it to be very reasonable and much better than messing it up myself! You can also pay when you drop your items off or when you pick them up. There's a curtained off dressing room if you need to put on trousers before hemming or get advice on other alterations. I highly recommend this place as it's efficient and inexpensive!
