Mercedes had a perfect spot in mind for the shoot, she was extremely helpful instructing us with certain poses and action shots, and had a great eye for detail. His work and work ethic speak for itself, yet he still managed to do FAR more than any bride and groom would ever expect or hope with their photographer. A few hours prior to our scheduled photo shoot I occurred a painful injury to my right ankle and left hand after having a fall. I notified the photographer right away that we could not make the session. The next day which was the last day of our trip, I was still in pain and unable to make a session and requested a refund but the company refused. Buyer beware!
