I didn't get much interaction with the wife but the husband was rude and their products were horrible. Hmmm... their items were low quality, scratched (especially the table tops for the whiskey barrel toppers), the table linen sizes we got were in consistent and marked incorrectly. The hexagon wedding arch was so worn out and rickety that we had to call on the help of Grace Bradley Event and Design the DAY OF the wedding to bring us a new arch. (Tiffany at Grace Bradley was AMAZING by the way.). They said they would refund the arch but they have yet to do so. Spending money and driving an hour and a half to Simply Chic (just to save a few dollars) was NOT worth it. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Definitely go with Grace Bradley or 5 Star rentals.

It was pretty much the WORST week ever (winter storm week) and I had hired Avery for day of services.
