The store is laid out pretty well, however, the pricing on a couple of the items we purchased were incorrect as we checked out, so I had to go back down the aisle to get screen shots of the items/price in order to get refunded the difference. It was inconvenient because we were short on time. The cashier was also less than enthusiastic; she never welcomed us, didn't thank us, didn't smile, and spoke like it was painful for her to have to deal with us.   Overall folks, this is a great place to get what you need at a reasonable price, however, just make sure the marked price matches the price at checkout. One of our items was $4.00 higher once we were at checkout. Being overcharged can really add up here, especially if you have several items marked incorrectly.   The cashier aside, I'd definitely shop here again.

Before I left the office, I received a life-changing phone call (dramatic enough?). The voice on the other end said, "I heard you needed a special balloon presentation for your event this week..." First of all, I didn't know there were special balloon presentations. Secondly, "special" sounds like code for Expensive. But wait, I'm the guy who believes life should be a collection of memories of the best experiences possible (meals, time spent, etc.). Why should my philosophy not extend to the balloons I showcase for my special event? I have to be true to that, so I ordered a medium- sized special presentation. IT WAS MORE THAN WORTH IT! AND HUGE! Now you're wondering, is it expensive? The answer is, No. Think of it this way: A balloon bouquet from your average store would compare to a fast food dollar menu and the excellence of the artistic sculptures created by Details Exaggerated would compare to caviar (or the #1 Brisket on Texas Monthly's Top 50). I think that sums it up for you. Thanks to Karyn and her great team! I was impressed. Quick tip: If you think you want to pickup your order, make sure your vehicle is large enough to transport your purchase.
