We just bought a sherlock bubbler from this place today only to get home and fill it with water and realize a few hours later it has a slow leak because of a crack in the glass that you can't see. We called and we were told that all sales are final, and that we should have checked it for water tightness before we left the store. First - we were not offered that test, and second - more importantly - I wouldn't have thought to ask for that test because I've never in my life gone to a head shop and filled a pipe I was about to buy with water to make sure it didn't leak before I left the store. I assume, when buying a brand new pipe, that it holds water. Maybe you guys should water test everything you're selling that's supposed to hold water, before you put it on your shelves. We were pretty happy with our purchase until we found out that it was broken, so that enjoyment lasted about 3 hours. We won't be going back to this place which is unfortunate because it's close to us and we've liked it up until now. The customer service in-store was great, we have no problems with the sales staff - they were very helpful. But, this policy that prevents you from returning a broken product you purchased brand new a few hours before, is terrible customer service. We'll take our business elsewhere and suggest you do the same. read more

This is my favorite smoke shop ive ever been to. The employees are absolutely wonderful and very helpful. This place has a great selection of clothes, art, glass and erigs/dry herb vapes. I just came in and bought a new encore collection rig with new honey bee herb honney barrel 18m since unfortunately that's what the pipe I liked had for size. Now I'm a glass blower of 7 years and I can't stand the guy that talks about it all the time but anyways as I'm wastching her wrap it up she wraps up the glass banged right on the neck of the rig. (GLASS ON GLASS BAD IDEA) so I purchase my new nail an I drive home 15 minutes safe and protected and when I open it when I get one THE NECK BREAKS FROM THE BANGER BEING WRAPPED AROUND IT. I didn't have the patience to go back so me thinking they will handle this like professionals like they always have in my 7years of coming here. Instead they sell her ANOTHER BROKEN RIG ("it's only a crack on the inside") said the worker. BUT ALSO the expensive American made honey pot I bought DOESNT EVEN FIT MY "NEW PIPE". I love your store and always had awesome experiences besides the last couple weeksmy torch I bought that worked for 2 weeks not a big deal, but this was to much I really hope we can figure something out. Went through Loveland originally for hard cider. Across the street from the bar we saw One Love and new instantly it was a smoke shop. Walked over immediately to look at the selection. Small place but very cozy. Had a decent selection, and everything seemed of really good quality. The man behind the counter was extremely helpful and very friendly. We ended up getting some awesome glass artwork. And even some real picture art work. Since we spent a bit of money we got shot glasses and stickers for free! Awesome place. Def going back multiple times to add to my glass collection. read more

Great selection but they fail to mention won't do exchanges or refunds on unused items. I bought an item and returned literally 10 minutes later not to return but just exchange item for another. Clerk told me that can't return "consumable items" (it was synthetic urine) and I informed him it was not consumable. He went on about under Colorado law it is blah blah blah so I took my receipt and will try to return it via manufacturer. The. To lose even more business I asked to purchase item instead of exchange which he wouldn't allow but he would knock a dollar off item to be purchased. When I said I should get a better discount than that for my trouble he said he couldn't lower the cost of any items or he could lose his job.... after just offering me an item at lower cost. Figure your shot out guys, learn normal business procedures like informing your customers of return/exchange policy or posting it anywhere in the store. Def lost a customer today. read more

By far my favourite smokeshop. Great selection of unique and beautiful glass pieces in all sizes and varieties, including a wall of glass cases dedicated to high-end artistic glass. Local artists. Separate rooms for hookah, tapestries, clothes, incense, and other attractive 'hippy' products. Giant selection of hemp based cosmetics and lotions is a HUGE plus. Friendly, helpful, and down to earth employees. Fun exterior covered in 'trippy' muralist artwork. I find the prices reasonable for the quality. A+! read more

One love is at least double priced on almost everything in store. This store in loveland was moved into one of my best friends place when they renovated. My dear friend Dan who passed away suddenly a couple months ago. I supported them and Dan never even charged them to occupy his business. I bought a dome for my shatter pipe last week. 15 freaking dollars. Was assured it would fit ,but did not. Took back next day and they said we don't do refunds.WHAT.So I went down the street to another smoke shop and bought a dome plus coil for 5 dollars. I will never shop at one love again and I encourage others to look elsewhere as you will find whatever u need for half the price. Joe,God bless u Dan. U r really missed. read more

I took my husband, who no longer drives, to this shop this past summer and bought him a glass bong. The girls that helped us with that initial purchase were very helpful and friendly. He broke the pipe within the week (he has a condition whereby he has no balance and drops things easily) and I had to take him back and buy him another one. I told the man behind the counter what had happened and asked if we could see some heavier glass bongs because my husband has balance issues, walks with a cane or walker and needed something sturdier. The young man's attitude was snide, dismissive and he left us in the middle of conversation to help another younger customer without even an apology. We did buy the second bong anyway and that one, too, broke within the week. I have since found a shop east of this one on highway 34 that is friendly, knowledgeable (he sold us a heavier gauge glass bong) and does not practice age discrimination. I will not be returning to One Love and I do not recommend this shop. read more
