I have been in this shop 2 times and both times the service was excellent. The first time I was headed out of town and the usual vape I buy at the gas station across the street was no longer sold. I made a great decision heading in to look for the pods and left with a ton of new disposable vapes. I love the Cali-Maxx vapes and they let me open and try them before I left the store! They took the time to tell me about all the other products they offer if I was ever interested in the future. One thing no one else mentioned is they have a loyalty program! Nice looking location and staff but the reward/membership program (system) they use is totally a scam. They encourage you to sign up, the more $ you spent you get discounts etc FOUR times now i've come in expecting to use discount and i'm never in the system or it's a update issue which results in no discount/regular price. I went here Wednesday evening looking to purchase some juice for my vape. The young lady that was 'working' behind the counter not once greeted, assisted, struck up conversation, nothing while I was there. I'm disappointed that when walking into a smoke/vape shop how quiet an associate can be out of the many trips to other local vape shops are. This was the most quietest visit that I have ever been to compared to walking into a different vape shop and they will have you laughing, asking questions as to what you are looking for, if you need help etc. I honestly don't think I'll be back as this was a bad experience. Cool shop in a Smyrna strip mall on S.Cobb Drive. First thing you notice when you walk in is all the signage in numerous spots telling you that there are NO exchanges, credits, refunds, warranties, nothing. You leave the store with it, you are stuck like Chuck. Not too welcoming or comforting. They do, however, offer to help you as much as you like, while you are IN store deciding on your purchase, and you can bring stuff back in if you need help trying to fix something, buy a piece or fixture, etc. Went in because I was having a minor problem with something. Tie fixed it in 2 minutes flat. Sniffed out some cool new juice flavors- they DO need some tester pens and stuff so customers can "try" the different juices vs. just smell them. Deduct a star here. They have all sorts of accessories that I just haven't seen elsewhere which was really nice. Finally, they WIN it all with this- they sell RUSH POPPERS liquid incense!!!! Yes! Really! read more

Bummed that this place was a disappoint because I love finding new smoke shops and was hoping I could add this one to my favorites list. Wouldn't recommend getting products from here. Came in and bought a gas mask I got home and once I put water in it it started leaking, went back to the store (literally an hour later) the guy was really cool about exchanges and let us get another one although they don't typically do that but once I got home again and put water in it again it leaked as well I don't know if they just buy super cheap products and resell them or what. But it feels like a waste of $50.Cool reps, but crappy products. Again would not recommend buying from here. read more

Bought a product from here and got home and found out that the product was defective. Took it back requesting a refund due to device being defective. Was only given the option of an exchange. I asked to speak with the owner and he stated that he was too busy. THIS WAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Customer service at this store is pretty stellar, but what good is that if the products are faulty, or they're clones of real products, or if you accidentally buy one thats broken? i've purchases 3 vape related items in the past 2 years at this store, the first was a vape battery that was sold as an authentic product, WHICH IN FACT WAS NOT. 2nd purchase was a pack of vape coils, comes with 5, none of them worked. 3rd purchase was an small eliquid vaporizor, none of this product works, the battery doesnt hold a charge, every single one of the 10 hits i got off of it had an awful burnt taste. Management is quick to avoid any responsibility, would highly recommend shopping somewhere else, where products aren't displayed as authentic when in reality, they're garbage. read more

I've shopped here plenty of times over the past few years for knick knacks like incense, skirts, etc. As a business owner myself, I take pride in shopping local and small. Well, this time I made a larger purchase spending about $78 on a hookah setup. They were out of the tips I normally purchase for my other hookah so I didn't purchase any tips. Once I was home, I tried one of my existing tips and low and behold, it didn't work. I didn't expect that at all. So I call the store back and speak to the same guy (which I believe is kin to the owner) that sold me the setup. I asked him which tip (they had plenty others) would work with the hookah I just bought and reminded him that he still had an exact replica of the hookah I bought in the store. He says, he can't tell me! I said we'll can you test one of the tips out and he says...I can't, I would have to open it. So for your customers...one that just spent near $80 with you...you cannot open a penny tip (they sale for $.25) to see what would work with their product??? My husband who was still in the plaza went in and had to buy 3 tips to try on the replica hookah in the store and neither worked!! We spent additional money just to see that nothing worked! This is NOT what customer service should EVER be about!!! I feel like I just got got! And to top it off - All Sales Are Final! This hookah better work or I'm going further with my complaint! I bought a 50$ glass water pipe from them. Took it home and wrapped it for a birthday gift. The very next day it was opened, and the first time we filled it with water it leaked everywhere from a tiny hole at the base that was the size of a needle. I tried exchanging the piece that I'd only just bought a day before, but was given nothing but excuses by the employee there, and both the manager & girl who originally sold it to me over the phone. She claimed to have inspected it thoroughly before selling it to me, but all she actually did was give it a once over and then ring me up. They told me my bank records and receipt didn't matter, that they had a strict "no returns policy", but they're just a little mom and pop shop so THEY make the damn policy and could've CHOSEN to do whatever they wanted, which should've been the right thing. It was all just a load of BS though, they would've even exchange it for a pipe of equal value, and now I'm sitting here with a 50$ piece of glass that doesn't work. They're nothing but crooks at this place who sell overpriced cheap quality glass that doesn't even function. Avoid at all costs. read more
