When I asked what was going on, they had a lot of excuses, but no leads. Just to test the market, I put an ad on Craigslist, and was immediately snowed by more than 100 emails. I ask to have another agent help, and he was able to immediately find a renter for each property. Both renters were terrible - not wanting to pay or take care of the space. Kinlin Grover was unwilling to help me to get these renters out. Over the year that I had Kinlin Grover 'manage' for me, they were never able to really find a renter, and they cost me about $25,000 in lost rent. Terrible customer service!

The buyer switched 1/2 way through to get a bank loan and we had to pay legal costs. In the end he tried to fix it by giving up some commission, but we lost a bunch. It's a monopoly there in New Seabury...I'd get an agent outside of the zip code.
