this place is a fraud, they sell you insurance take your money and pocket it, I originally found…read morethis office while looking on yelp since I live around the area, there's a man there by the name Juan Martinez who is the one I spoke to, he gave me a cheap quote and cheap down payment wich I couldn't deny, when it came down to paying he said he would meet me, wich I found odd but agreed to it because my previous insurance came to us. we met and I Gave him the cash, he told me I would receive it thru email and sign thru there, it's been 3 months and still nothing, upon calling and calling I get no answer and seems like they are ignoring me. I've looked up to see if he was licensed to sell and thru the California Website and found out Juan Martinez is not licensed to sell, that grew suspicion, so I looked up the license number for the company and saw only one person is licensed to sell and it wasn't Juan's name, upon further research I found out Juan Martinez is an illegal in the country with no permit to work in the USA. I have already filed a complaint with the department of insurance and I will follow up with complaining to the better buisness bureau. yes it's my fault for trusting this man, I should of known it was a red flag to meet him to pay

I contact my previous agent, who returned my call within a day or so to tell me that he had been promoted and that someone else was now servicing my policy. Here is where things got squirrley, I called and left a message and was told that "W" would contact me. It didn't happen. So I began calling and leaving messages, no response. (Repeat this process over and over again.) Finally, after multiple voicemail messages (including to the insurance company) and emails, the new agent returned my call and things got resolved, if only took 12 weeks.
