The lady who answers the phone is completely unprofessional and has lied multiple times, saying she "has the plates" but never gives them to me. Every call is a different excuse. No proof. No answers. Just lies and attitude. Holding someone's plates this long after full payment is unacceptable and shady as hell. This business is disorganized, sketchy, and a straight up headache.
