They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!

A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. They were over $1000 less than the cheapest big company. I told them that the price was really much lower, what hidden costs will there be? Nope, the price quoted was the all in price, I spoke with Alex and he just explained that they don't believe in price gouging. Great, well the installation crew was professional, shout out to Adrian for an exceptional install. Since the install, I had a couple of things happen, the first was a vibration in the outside unit, which is right outside my bedroom window. They came out the next day, repositioned the vibration pads and it hummed silently. The new unit is a heat pump and runs so quietly, thanks for the recommendation Alex. Finally with the cold weather I needed the heat. There was a problem with the wiring from the factory in the unit. They again came out the next day, but It was a head scratcher, so the owner of the company, Tyler Voss came out to troubleshoot. He isolated the problem, ordered the replacement board had it in 2 days and now my family is now nice and cozy. I normally don't write reviews, but these guys are really hard workers and did I mention beat the price on the big companies that spend for all of the advertising. More service companies in Florida should take the lead from these guys!

His techs showed up and did a fine job cleaning and testing the system from one end to the other. The techs were very helpful and overall did a nice job. I'm an old DIY'er, so I would have tackled this project myself but our buyer wanted a qualified tech to complete this. My wife is a retired realtor, so all I was allowed to do was observe and provide a credit card. The project wasn't free, but I did find the amount of service they provided to be worthwhile for the price. Their business card is still taped on our air handler next to the note NOT to call Best Services as they were the first contractor I experienced when we moved to SWFL. Best qualified as a negative service provider as I observed them screw the previous owner of our condo.
