I did explain that I needed it done before winter since I had a patio being installed in spring in that location and they said Eric will get it done ,he understands the need How unprofessional and untrustworthy . We moved into a new model-home whereas the builder spray-seeded the lawn but never took care of it for the first year. It was a forest of weeds when we moved in. By the next season, it was as fluffy and green as anyone could have gotten it as it was only a year old. CJ came back multiple times through the year to self-check the lawn, test the SOD depth, seed bare spots, etc., all without my need to request the help. These guys put themselves way out in front of the the other area services.
