His prices were reasonable for the amount of time and effort it took to figure out the situation. I had to get a new refrigerator and Freddy helped install a new waterline since PC Richards was not able to do so. Freddy is very responsive and works during weekend hours (came on Sunday twice) so convenience was definitely appreciated.
