Had a problem with our LG gas dryer. Igor texted back same day on Memorial Day, said he wouldn't charge any extra for a holiday, and diagnosed the issue in 20 minutes. He had an extra igniter in his car, charged a reasonable amount, and warrantied the work. To the point and honest, would use him over a big repair place anytime. read more

Igor arrived on time and went straight to work on my 24 year GE washing machine. He diagnosed the issue gave, me the price no hidden fees. I appreciate the fact that he was very transparent as to the issue my washer machine was having. He cleared the issue though it would be temporary because the drum would be replaced (not worth to do other than purchasing a new washer) lovee his honesty! Definitely would recommend his services! read more

Igor was faster than a lightning bolt! responded right away to my inquiry and came to house immediately to fix our LG dryer that was making a banging sound every time it turned over. He had the necessary part of hand in his truck, cleaned the entire machine that was full of internal lint and debris (it's 15 yrs old!) and it works like new now. Wasn't cheap , but the repair, the service and the result were all worth it! read more

O. ven not igniting or ignition was slow. Ihor brought a replacement igniter with him an installed it in short time - problem solved! Ihor also explained the "normal" amount of time it should take before the burner ignites and a few simple steps to determine if the oven has (or hasn't) ignited. The technician came when he was scheduled to come. He was here for maybe 10 minutes before he figured out the loud noise my refrigerator was making. He than explained what needed to be fixed the price it would cost me and it took him another 30 minutes to fix the issue. My refrigerator is no longer making a loud noise. Igor was very professional. If not, keep reading. I've had my Samsung washer since 2018 and it's been flawless... until it suddenly started stopping mid-cycle. No error codes. No warning lights. Just... stops. I spent two hours on ChatGPT trying to cosplay as a technician before admitting it was time to call a real professional. Yelp is chaos. You send out a handful of requests and immediately get flooded by bots and generic "call us" replies. Most companies quoted me double what Vlad charged for the initial visit. One was literally 4x. I was skeptical and worried the low first visit was bait before they hit you with a brutal follow up bill. I'm happy to say I was wrong. Vlad showed up, got straight to work, listened to my full (probably annoying) rundown of what I'd tried, nodded, and immediately started diagnosing. This ended up being a pretty uncommon issue with multiple possible causes, and he approached it the right way: methodical, cost-effective, and transparent. He was clear about pricing up front, didn't play games, and didn't mark up parts. I had a hard cap in my head before I'd just replace an 8-year-old machine, and I genuinely trusted that he was trying to fix it the right way without wasting my money. It took multiple visits only because the issue was rare and tricky, but he kept at it, communicated the whole way, and we both celebrated when it finally ran perfectly again. Vlad is the only person I'd call for appliance repair. Honestly, I'd probably let him deliver my first born too.

I wouldn't give them 1 …read more Calls go unreturned, hold times are incredibly long and often disconnect, and their "concierge" service is far from top-tier. Service providers lack a direct line to approvals, as they're in the same customer queue, which slows everything down. Even worse, Elite failed to notify my assigned service provider of the scheduled date. That delay was on them, yet they offered no flexibility or accountability. Approvals for simple work take 24-48 hours, which is unacceptable. After 15 months of a 3-year plan I purchased for $1,900, I requested cancellation. Instead of processing it, they told me to wait for someone from a "cancellation department" to call. Based on the contract, I'm owed $1,178.33 (21 months prorated plus the $70 copay I paid). I'm still waiting for the alleged "cancellation" department to return my call after I conveyed to Valerie Diaz (the representative I thought was processing my cancellation) that I have no problem writing, expressing my discontent, or escalating the matters above them if necessary. The provider was due to come out on Monday, September 8, 2025; however, they were not notified by Elite. He came out on Tuesday, and both he and my husband tried to contact them because the issue is that our dryer's heating element needs to be replaced. Both left messages that were not returned. I called yesterday evening, and after realizing the rep was being robotic in her response, "that's our policy", you know what, please cancel my contract. She stated someone would contact me. I called the provider, who also called them this morning (11th), and it went unanswered again. Valerie Diaz contacted me inquiring about the cancellation. I stated why, and then she told me that the "Cancellation department" needs to contact me. REALLY? I said let it be today; otherwise, I'll escalate matters, which, as of this review, they have not contacted me about. Save yourself the time, stress, and money. This company is not delivering the service they advertise. I have filed a complaint with BBB, FDACS, posted reviews on Google and Trust Pilot. My next step is small claims court.

Then he cleaned out the dust and cleaned each part he removed, oiled the moving parts and put the machine back together. He then tested the machines stitching, using various stitches, while making sure that I was satisfied with the operation and the way the stitches looked. Finally he asked me if I had any questions about the machine. It was a quick, easy and pleasant experience. It was easy to see Mr. Joseph's expertise problem solving and repairing sewing machines. His pricing was reasonable. I will take my machine to him for regular servicing to keep it working smoothly.

Whale Appliance is the way to go for your appliance repairs. Our refrigerator broke, and I contacted more than 10 companies requesting a quote. Most companies would either give me an obscene quote and would not want to warranty the repair. Igor was very professional from the start. He gave me the lowest price quote on the market, warrantied the repair for 3 months, and gave me an appointment the next day.
