I have a very basic membership; that said the standard should be the same for all memberships regardless. The equipment holster is broken, many of the vacuums are not working or not there altogether. Things have definitely changed. When I inquired a few months ago, I was told they had complaints and were working on the situation, yet when I was there two days ago, nothing had changed. The location is ideal, but oversight seems to be lacking. I hope the management/ownership team looks into this and restores what was when it first opened. Thank you.

The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage

Of course they upsale, but seeing the shape of my car I agreed to it all haha. The process for pulling up to being complete was just a little bit over an hours. The associate who took my service request, was very friendly and did provide good suggestions. Not a detail pricing expert as I don't do it often, but I felt the services that were provided were worth what I paid. I will definitely try maintain and use the interior services again. Although the car did not get clean clean, but again it was in bad shape, so I couldn't complain. Few more should look like knew! My only pain point with delta sonic is the construction of ALL their shops not just this one. It's very stressfully to me trying to get to the car wash entrance. Everyone does not follow the every other car rule and it can't get ugly in that line!

It was $2.10 per at the time of pumpage which ain't bad since I'm paying give or take at least an extra quarter a gallon more in the gas tax hell of PA so, Damn Right! on this one. Did I trip over any random tire shards, radiator parts or left behind wing nuts? No runs, no hits and no errors. Easy on/off to the highway/road of my choosing? While the intersection of Camp Road and Southwestern Blvd. was really flippin' busy at the time I was trying to get in/out, overall things were good. The station is just off of I-90 and inside they have all of the usual gas station delights to send you off into a caffeine/carb/betes coma just in time for the next leg of your trip. Human intervention needed? Thankfully, no. Three star gas station bliss achieved!!!

This is a touch free car wash where you just pull in the bay and park. There are 2 bays and there was no one there so I didn't have to wait. There are 4 wash options that range from $7-12 and you can choose and pay at the window screen before you pull in. My car was pretty dirty so I chose the ultimate plus, $12 option, and I was pretty shocked that most of the dirt and dead bugs came off. Not as good as a hand wash and probably not quite as efficient as delta sonic but not bad, no wait and decent priced. I believe that since this is automated they are open 24 hours which is also a plus. I found out after that you can go online and buy discounted packages of car washes. They also offer an incentive if you download their app.

I tried calling the SW Hamburg location but no one there answers the phone. I tried sending an email but the email address kept bouncing. I submitted two Contact Us messages on the website and have heard nothing in return. Needless to say, I will be cancelling my membership and warning every person I know to stay far away from this sham operation. Terrible customer service. It is clear they couldn't care less about their customers.
