I love this delta sonic. It huge outside with the vacuums, car wash , detail shop and service. Inside is nice and clean. I typically avoid public restrooms if I can, especially gas stations. Delta sonix is the exception. Bathrooms here are always clean, staff nkce and the food is actually good. Every now and then when Im out and about I'll grab a slice of the buffalo chicken pizza. Absolute life saver. And this is my favorite location despite being farther than the one on Sheridan Drive and Niagara Falls Blvd because this one has the Super Plus Club for you to vacuum your car indoors (away from the freezing cold outside), mat wash station, air for tires, free wiper fluid, and microfiber towels to wipe your car! On July 15th I made an appointment for NYS Inspection on July 29th at 2:00 pm. At the time I made the appointment, I told them that I also needed brakes. I knew this for sure because of my recent tire purchase. I arrived at about 1:50 for my scheduled appointment. When I checked in, I was asked what services I needed. I reiterated that I needed a NYS Inspection and brakes. The man checking me in, said "okay, brake check". I responded, not brake check, I need new brakes. I went to the waiting area. About 2:50, a man came to me to tell me my inspection was done. He said it didn't pass because it needs brakes. I said, "I know, I told them that when I made the appointment and again when I checked in". He told me that no one told him about the brakes. I asked if he could do him today and was told no. i asked how late he worked and he said until 6:00 pm. Since his estimate said less than 3 hours, I asked why not. The response was we can't get parts after 3:00. After hearing me complain a bit, he went to the manager to ask if they could get the parts. Again, the answer was no. At this point I scheduled a return visit for August 7th to get the brakes done and reinspection, and I left. I could see that further arguing wasn't going to get me anywhere. If they had paid attention to me when I made the appointment, and when I checked in, they could have pulled the wheels first, determined the required parts and been getting them while he completed the inspection. I had already blocked off the afternoon, knowing I was going to be there about 3 hours. Due to the lack of communication, or incompetency my time was wasted, and I now had to do it again. I decided I had no interest in going back. I checked some local repair shops and found one nearby that could do the work the next day. We dropped the car off in the morning and went about our business. The brakes were completed, along with a few other services, and the reinspection was also done. We had been going to this facility since not long after they opened. We have been bringing both of our cars for most things and occasionally bringing our kid's cars too. That ended now read more

Car wash is amazing, and I love the option to detail on my own in their detail shop (vacuum, mat wash, compressed air, and all the towels you want. The employees are friendly, the store is stocked full of everything and the food (subs, pizza) are excellent and very reasonably priced. And the place is so clean!!! read more

Never ever go there , they have destroyed Niagara Falls Blvd out in front of their place causing accidents ! They have damaged several of my vehicles through the years. Sitting in a line at the car wash that's supposed to be open at 730 am on a Sunday. Not one employee could come out to tell us that it doesn't open until 8 o'clock because it's a holiday. Maybe someone should have changed the sign to 8 am. Some people are just too stupid to have a job!!!! read more

I was at another Delta Sonic location yesterday for a New York State inspection. I was told that my passenger front shock absorber may be leaking and to take it to the other Delta Sonic, the new location at 3100 Niagara Falls Blvd. to have it checked out. I called this morning and asked to speak to the mechanic. A very nice man named Jim came on the phone and asked what was going on and I explained everything to him. He told me to come on in and they would check it for free but if it did need to be fixed then it would be approximately $900 + for the parts and labor. Obviously, I was in shock because I don't have that kind of money, but if I needed it and I had to do something about it. I got there around 10:05 AM and Jim walked up to the van asked me if I was Doris & and told me he was going to get my van in right away. I went to look around the store while I waited. It was huge, so was the garage absolutely humongous. So much space in the room to get cars in and out of there, not having to park in the driveway or in the lot to wait. They have a brick oven restaurant, and a coffee restaurant there for people who are waiting or just want something to eat or drink. The store is huge. Lots of drinks, snacks, prepared, food, accessories for cars and more. They even have a walk-in cooler for Beer. I like this location way better than any other one that I've been to. As I was getting ready to buy some pop for myself while I had my long wait for things to be repaired ,Jim & Les came out and found me in the store and told me that I didn't need to have anything replaced today. And they let me know what to look for with my van while driving, to know when I will need shock, absorbers, or new struts. They said no point in having me pay $900 for something that's not needed right now. They said possibly next year by this time I'll need them and to come see them when I do. I absolutely loved their honesty. They didn't try to take advantage of me like most other places would. So next year, when it comes inspection time or within the year, if I notice, I need the new struts/shock absorbers (as you can see him very clueless about anything concerning cars, so never mind anything I'm saying that's very wrong,lol) I will definitely be coming back here to see Jim or Les !! Best place to take your car for a wash when the weather warms up in the winter. Be prepared for a long wait in line because everyone else is thinking the same way. Free vacuums in the front. Lots of fuel pumps. read more

Service is very good at car wash. Do not go on the only day we've had sun in 2 weeks as everyone will be there. Even then only 20 minute wait. Wiping crew excellent! Your car comes out squeaky clean. I am a pay by the month customer because between salt and mud you may want to do it often.. I truly believe this is best car wash around! read more

I'm a member at the Amherst Niagara falls boulevard location.. I got a rotation like clockwork.. now they stripped my lug nut.. and told me they couldn't do it when they're the ones who put the lug nuts on.. the garage manager was very unreasonable and downright mean.. I sat by my car for 10 minutes waiting for an answer while everyone looked at me.. horrible service when they're the ones who tighten the lug nuts to begin with.. read more
