Second, their price seemed a little high compared to past visits, but I really can't complain since I have no idea what oil costs in this recession. However, there was absolutely no reason for the mechanic to leave greasy fingerprints on the fabric of my new car and no excuse for not noticing it and cleaning up his mess. I was tempted to point this out to the mechanics but, honestly, I had no reason to believe they would do any better than I could (and as luck would have it I had a can of auto upholstery cleaner in my trunk). I won't go to this place again and you might want to avoid it as well. Note: Monro responded to this post and asked me to call them to resolve the issue. What a joke. Plenty of places try to take advantage of you. I have never once felt like the staff was trying to "sell me something" or push me to purchase things I don't need. They always treat me with respect and explain things so I feel comfortable. An oil change is an oil change - prices are pretty standard. The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage

My strategy for finding any new third party is to read the reviews and try and synthesize the truth, speak to a decision maker and assess and finally ask for some quotes for the parts and labor. I spoke to four shops and of course everyone needs to see the job before finally committing and that scope can obviously change. Sam freely and patiently gave me some quotes for both (others couldn't get past - we need to see it), the quotes and the final pricing were both very fair and competitive. Mo communicated freely during the fix and heres the kicker and why we'll trust these guys moving forward. They easily could have turned the minor job into a relatively major fix and they didn't, the problem and solution was less in every sense than what I assumed it would be including their cost - great job the both of you!

I went to the One stop on Brighton after this happened and they didnt have time to do the work I needed.The guy at Brighton called the One stop on Niagara Falls boulevard to ask if they could take my car today. One stop on the Boulvevard said yes, so I drove over .The guy was very helpful to me. I was in for an alignment after replacing a bad ball joint a few days earlier. My steering was way off because of the ball joint issue. One stop on the Boulevard was able to do my alignment within about 10 minutes of my arriving and I was out the door 45 mis later. I saw the guy who did the work take the car for a test drive after, made me feel better .. My steering being off was a concern to me Very good service , nice people.. My car was overdue for an interior clean from my dogs and I knew that I wouldn't be able to clean it as good as it should be, especially due to the pet hair. I went online and was able to book it very quickly. I was able to pick the date and time. They offer 8 am or 1 pm. I took the 8 am, especially as it was summer and knew it would be cooler for them to work. I was pleasantly surprised when I started getting texts that morning on the status of their arrival. It was like I was getting an Instacart delivery! They were on-time to the minute, very polite, and answered all my questions. I knew the work that was ahead for them and felt bad, but also knew they had the right tools to clean the car correctly. About 3.5 hours later, they told me they were about done if I wanted to take a look and review. I had seen videos online of their work and in hindsight, I wish I could supply before and after pictures. I guess you just need to take my word for it that it was like a brand new car, minus the hefty price tag scent. Highly recommend, affordable, educated in what chemicals/ tools to use, and just so easy to do business with!
