With that said, this place is pretty dirty, has machines that don't always work, will sometimes eat your money, and frankly seems overpriced. I have used One Stop for blankets and comforters in the past. It's always clean and smells great in there. My washer broke down the day we got back from a vacation and we were told it would take up to 10 business days to get the replacement part. Meanwhile, I had multiple loads of laundry to do, my husband's work clothes, and we go through towels like crazy. I bagged it all up and took it to One Stop. I didn't do the laundry myself because of time constraints, so I used the fluff and fold drop off service, and I needed same day service. Annette, ( I hope I'm remembering her name correctly), was very gracious. I got laundry clean and folded nicely, even socks and underwear, the same day as promised. I came back several times until my machine was repaired. All the staff are very nice and accommodating. They saved my life! read more

I find it fantastic in all respects and tell lots of people about how great it is to drop off clothes or linens and pick them up all perfect in 1-3 days. The lady that works there, short, short hair, has the personality of wart. Coins stuck, even though we went slow as the direction said to, did not work, she was upset she had do her job and take the machine apart to get the coins unstuck. Since she had the tools and the know-how, I said this must happen a lot, she did not appreciate my question, she ever asked if I wanted to fix it. Poor excuse for an employee that ha has to interact with the public. This was my first time visiting this laundromat since I first moved to Parker and unfortunately the first machine I used did not work properly. The cycle ran without applying any of the detergent I put in. This cost me $4.25. Since I was in a time crunch, I had to try another machine at a price of $4.50 and the second machine worked great. Word of advice.. when you walk through the front doors, Do Not Use the machines on the front/first row. I don't think any of those are efficient. I will give them this: the staff is always helpful and wonderful. But the actual facility is crap. I ONLY come here because there's literally NO OTHER option in Parker for laundromats. This facility has more broken machines than working ones. They moved into a new space with the appearance of expansion, but the new space simply has more folding tables...which seems pointless because 65% of the machines aren't operational. I will also say, that with the exception of one employee who insists on dousing the machines in vinegar, it's not AS vinegar smelling as it used to be. So props for that. But it's ridiculous that most of the machines don't work, they're too expensive for how filled with animal hair the machines are most of the time. I know this isn't their fault as there are extensive a signs repeatedly warning people not to put horse gear and animal crap in the machines and ride-ass, inconsiderate patrons insist on stuff the machines with their crappy fit covered items which make it impose for me to use the three machines that work because they're smeared with pet hair all over the machine and I'm allergic AF to animal fur! The facility is always clean, even if the putrefying, asphyxiating overuse of vinegar makes it hard to breath or be comfortable (I always sit outside in my car because the noxious amount of vinegar stench). So I will give them that's it's clean, the staff is nice but the extensive amount is non-operational equipment, cramped space and noxious vinegar stench makes this place my LEAST favorite place to visit in Parker. read more

I have used One Stop a few times for my horse laundry. Knowing that I had an upcoming trip to an out-of-town show, I dropped off a bag of wraps and saddle pads. I had not received a call that my laundry was done, but it had been 11 days and I needed to pack. From the moment I approached the counter, the owner was not only hostile, but downright rude and nasty. How nice it must be to run a business where you don't need to provide the promised service, you don't care about retaining customers and you can say anything you like without fear of reprisal. Today I (Black female) decided to go to One Stop Coin Laundry & Dry to wash my big comforters. I usually come here pretty often to do so. When I went this time I had placed big bags filled with my comforters in front of the washers to reserve them and went to retrieve the rest of my items from my car. While I had stepped out for a couple minutes or so I found someone else (white female) putting their items in the washers that i had intended on using. I had then told her that I was going to use those washer and she had said she didn't know and told me that the a lady working there (white female) had told her she didn't know whose items they were and to go ahead and use them despite seeing me bring my items and place them there. Instead of causing a scene i allowed her to proceed putting items in the washer. However, when I initially addressed the lady working here about the situation her response was extremely rude. The lady had clearly seen me struggle to bring my items in and disregarded the fact that i was using the washers and processed to act dumbfounded when i asked her why she did so. Additionally before this situation the same lady working here acknowledged that she had seen me before and greeted me. I ended up leaving and found a better serviced laundromat. read more

The employee saved me from making an idiot of myself by directing me to the correct, larger washers after I initially stopped at a smaller, clothes only washer. Clean facility and good snack options. Horrible experience. Took a king size comforter to wash/dry. Once the drying cycle was done I noticed a large oil/grease stain on the comforter. I look in the washer and found a large amount of oil/grease inside. I can't even begin to guess what someone washed in there before me. The comforter was a complete loss. I haven't stepped into a laundry mat since at least the early 2000s so, of course, you can imagine my shock to learn that many of them have free wifi now. That's a plus when you are one that sits around waiting for your clothing to wash and dry. The cheapest wash here is $2.50 which is a bit much but not uncommon. This establishment also has the wash & fold service, an ATM, an area for kids with toys and books, televisions mounted, washers and a huge dryer or two specifically for comforters and blankets, and the place is always very clean. It's located in a plaza that provides several dining options while you wait and across the street from a convenience store. read more

Nice laundromat, clean with plenty of triple loaders for comforters and bulky items. The triple loaders are $5.50, doubles are $4.50 and the dryers are $.25 for 7 minutes of drying time. The only bad thing I would say is that if you have any issues with the machines or need help with anything, the employees are rude and pretty much worthless. read more

My first visit to this coin laundry and one of the machines was broken, leaking water and was not adequately marked as broken. I informed a worker the machine was leaking water and was met with hostility and aggression from 2 workers, explained we didn't know it was broken for nearly 3 minutes and then the owner comes over with even more aggression and yelling the machine is broken and we shouldn't have used the machine. I have never been treated with such disrespect and will never return due to the owners incompetence and lack of customer service. This place is dirty, expensive and not worth your time. Very clean and well maintained place. Every time I have gone, there is always a sweet lady cleaning the place. All the washers and dryers are well maintained and work very well. There is a small area for kids to play and they disinfect the toys. For anyone that needs to go to a laundromat, I highly recommend this one! read more

I have stopped by 3 times now in the past couple of weeks while we wait for a part to come in for our out of service washing machine. Decently clean laundromat, helpful staff. The price is a bit high at $2.50 a load. I do wish that they would clean the toys that they have out for young children. I tried to divert my daughter's attention, but of course she noticed the toys and they are so disgusting dirty. It's clean and fair priced. However, if you're not standing next to your machine ready to remove it the second it finishes, the staff "give permission" to strangers to remove your items. I set a timer and sit in my car so I'm never more than 2 minutes late getting my clothes out once they're done. I went back in and my clothes are already pulled out and someone else is loading the washer my clothes were in. She tells me the staff gave her permission. If the staff are ok with items being moved they should do it themselves instead of allowing strangers to. Also, it should be posted somewhere that they have some kind of right to do so.
