When I realized I needed to rent a truck to move some furniture, I internally cringed as I heard…read moremany horror stories of friends and their experience renting one. They often complained of rude service, dirty trucks, and poor managed businesses. When I came here on a Saturday afternoon, there was none of that. I walked in and though the one and only worker there was busy, he assured me he would get right to me. Once he did there was a little bit of struggle pulling up what supplies I packaged with my online truck reservation as he told me the system was severely lacking. Since we didn't have many options, we went by the honor system and I picked up what I ordered. Going through the contract, the employee was polite answering and questions I had; he even helped me carry things to the truck as my hands were full. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes which was nice. The supplies pricing was very reasonable. The truck itself was very clean inside and out and was damage free. Driving it wasn't too difficult as it offers a variety of mirrors to help you maneuver around. When I returned the truck, it was hassle free since the employee was able to finalize the transaction outside with his cell phone. I would definitely come here again if I needed a truck in this area.

CREEPY AND SHEISTY, DO NOT GO HERE…read more Likely the same company as Long Beach Propane. Charges $35 for a 20lb LP tank. Refused to quote prices over the phone before driving over there. After I filled up, Gary told me the price would vary each time I refilled based on market prices but then his larger colleague insisted that $35 was their starting and flat rate. There is also no store front, driveway, or price list; just a weird vacant area with a sad greenhouse and firewood. I should have known to drive away when I drove up but the place was conveniently located and I figured I would give it a try. I feel tricked and taken advantage of for being a woman and for being someone who didn't know better.

I said I saw $23 but he said it went up. he rang me up, I paid, then he wrote on the back of the receipt $3 off car wash. I guess that promotion is gone also. I just looked at the receipt today: $27.99 + $2.41 tax = $30.40. I paid with $100 bill and received $68 in change. I guess they include gratuity like a restaurant would?! I will not be going back here any time soon.

Even if there is a line it does not take too long to move. The crew vacuums the car and prep it to go through the wash belt. There is a waiting area in the shop with a small restroom. After it comes out of the car wash, there are a few guys that wipe down the outside. Now using Yelp, it is good to know they have a yelp check in offer for ten percent off.

30 Year CUSTOMER COMPLAINT Was very unhappy with how Perillo Handled my end of year. Had a…read moreconversation with the office a month before contract ended and at that time no one ever mentioned that my contract was coming due. Then a week after the contract ended they delivered oil at double the contract price. When I called they said they dont notify customers of contract expirations but they do deliver after contract expiration. How Convenient!!! The Bill came to $900 Which was a huge hurt to my family. They gave me a $100 discount. What should have happened was that they split the difference. I would have been happy. BUT they have no regard for customer loyalty. Just a side note I am a 30 year customer. Word to the Wise check your contract dates so you don't get screwed. Highly unethical and just a terrible thing to do to a family. I am so disappointed
