After I filled up, Gary told me the price would vary each time I refilled based on market prices but then his larger colleague insisted that $35 was their starting and flat rate. There is also no store front, driveway, or price list; just a weird vacant area with a sad greenhouse and firewood. I should have known to drive away when I drove up but the place was conveniently located and I figured I would give it a try. I feel tricked and taken advantage of for being a woman and for being someone who didn't know better.

Petro was professional, quick and courteous for all of our interactions for many months, although I feel they talked me out of needing any service check ups when I felt my system needed it. And, I was never charged a penny less than the maximum, which didn't seem right. Before my year's contract was up, I talked to Petro about renwal, and I was quoted a rate I felt was not competitive or reflective of actual prices, and was told the service contract rate was increasing significantly. THEN they topped off my tank, just two days before my contract was up. At that point I asked them to put a hold on everything and to charge me the remaining balance on my account, settle up completely and not renew my contract. I was told no problem, the contract wouldn't be renewed. Instead, my auto pay was doubled. I only found out a MONTH later when my checking account was charged. Then a bill came for the new service contract I never agreed to on top of that. They told me this would be fixed, no problem. ANOTHER month later, I was debited the monthly charge again. This time they told me it was MY fault for not turning off Auto pay on my account, which I had already felt was closed/stopped twice in two months. At this point I asked to close the entire account, I want all my money back, I never agreed to renew in the first place. For days their customer retention team called me, repeatedly, with new offers and discounts, after I had already asked to close the account. Sadly, they STILL didn't offer a competitive price, and kept telling me their direct competition was out to cheat me, which is obviously a lie. I demanded my refund again, still confused why it hadn't already been processed. 3 weeks and the refund has STILL not arrived. I was just told it would be ANOTHER 2-3 weeks because they just "approved" it. Why do I have to wait months to get the money refunded that shouldn't have been charged in the first place? I don't think I would ever do business with these guys again.

Then today, the last straw: They just sold me 144 gallons of #2 heating oil in Gardiner, NY and the price per gallon was $5.47. The average price for this area is $3.75 to $4.25 per gallon (look it up, do a search for Avg Prices #2 Heating Oil for your town). They obviously are taking advantage of the "short excursion" in the Middle East. to jack up their prices sky high. Stay away.......I would not even give them 1 star but you cant leave a review with no stars.

Let's face it, carrying propane in your car is not ideal, so why not have it delivered. The…read morepropane guys are a local dealer specializing in barbeque sales, and propane fills but offer the convenience of delivering propane to your front door. I've used them several times for Propane delivery and have not been disappointed with their next-day delivery service. Some folks have questioned if the tanks are filled to their capacity, but having sensors connected to my tanks allow me to see how much propane is in the tank visually. Both delivery's had roughly an 85% fill. I'm sure not filled because of expansion. I highly suggest using their services, and if you're looking for a new BBQ or smoker, I recommend The Propane Guys!

I went there today to exchange a refurbished tank I had purchased from them several months ago. The tank had a faulty on/off valve and I wanted to exchange it for another and while there purchase an additional tank. The gentleman at the counter said, "you bought it, I can't give you an exchange" After years as a customer his curt off the cuff remark floored me. If that's their customer service attitude, I'm done. If I could give them no stars I would gladly do that.

I said I saw $23 but he said it went up. he rang me up, I paid, then he wrote on the back of the receipt $3 off car wash. I guess that promotion is gone also. I just looked at the receipt today: $27.99 + $2.41 tax = $30.40. I paid with $100 bill and received $68 in change. I guess they include gratuity like a restaurant would?! I will not be going back here any time soon.

I've gone here a many times to get my car washed. It was convenient for me when I used to live at…read moremy parents' place. I try to go early since there can be a line sometimes. Even if there is a line it does not take too long to move. The crew vacuums the car and prep it to go through the wash belt. There is a waiting area in the shop with a small restroom. After it comes out of the car wash, there are a few guys that wipe down the outside. Now using Yelp, it is good to know they have a yelp check in offer for ten percent off.
