Called his company and spoke with a lovely lady over the phone and she explained to me that she had to speak to her driver to see if there was anything they could do. She called back within 5 min and said they could send a flat bed over to me and load it on there. Horrible customer service. It was 100 degrees and I'm pregnant in the middle of nowhere. Eta 2 hours. Fine. Past 2 hours I call. Homeboy starts telling me about his AC and apparently he told the insurance he was close when he told me he was 3 miles away. So , granted as he got hostile about the situation I got hostile too. I said, "I don't give a fuck about your AC" I explained I'm pregnant again and waiting another 45 minutes is ridiculous. He responded "you don't give a fuck?" Hung up and cancelled the tow. He also went above and beyond when loading up my car as it is lowered and has a lot of custom modifications being very careful not to scrape the bumpers or exhaust. The reason for this rating is because of the price. I decided to use One Stop Tow because I read the reviews and because they said they could get a tow truck out in 15-30 minutes. Instead it took 45 minutes. Each time they told me about the cost there was something new added. I ended up being charged $300 to travel about 5 miles. I've never had to pay close to that much for a comparable tow. If you use this company, make sure you ask up front for an explanation of their fees. read more

Dispatch sent driver to the opposite side of town and driver called and cussed me out. They are not reliable and refused to do the tow.

They texted me a time of 10-1030 for my tow. I arrived at 9:45am and waited till 1036 and called for an ETA. The driver said he was there at 920 and tried to call me (not true). On the first day, when he didn't realize it was going to work, he came back the next day with an action plan to get the car out. What a Friday! My car started going crazy. Radio went out, low battery across the screen. Then my lights went out and my car was completely dark. Alternator! Pull off the freeway and into a parking lot. Guy from towing company comes out in under an hour. Which I didn't think was too bad considering traffic. Cool kat. Respected my car. Got me home. I would've given 3 stars because of wait. But after all said and done, the day I had was not his fault. And Friday LA traffic is brutal. Gave 4 stars because guy was supercool and personable.
