I would not recommend buying a used vehicle from Aaron Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Norco based on my experience with Mary and the sales team. The vehicle I purchased appeared to have been reconditioned for sale, but shortly after taking ownership, I discovered several issues that raised concerns about the quality of the repairs and overall preparation of the vehicles paint. One of the most noticeable problems was paint chipping on the door edges that became apparent shortly after the purchase. I also noticed PPF edge guards installed in the affected areas. Based on what I observed, it appeared that the edge guards may have concealed or drawn attention away from the paint condition, which left me feeling that the cosmetic issues were not fully apparent at the time of sale. Had I known the extent of the paint chipping beforehand, it would have influenced my purchasing decision. In addition to the paint concerns, the dealer try's to sell you BS aftermarket addons like KARR that are just a money grab and have no real value. When you try to have them remove the BS and stick to the price online, they give you the runaround until you finally get them to remove it. As a customer, I expected a dealership to ensure that a used vehicle met reasonable quality standards before being offered for sale. Unfortunately, my experience left me questioning the thoroughness of the reconditioning process and the level of quality control applied to used inventory. I strongly encourage anyone considering a used vehicle from this dealership to perform a thorough inspection and obtain an independent mechanical and cosmetic evaluation before purchasing. This is a bait and switch dealership! They will try and on add-on a bunch of useless aftermarket garbage after a price has been set. Their website specifically states "The price you see, is the price you pay" t! Thats a bunch of bull! They are in constant violation of California Vehicle Code 11713.1(e) by refusing to sell an advertised vehicle at the internet price, and I would bet they often violate the California CARS Act by making optional aftermarket add-ons mandatory to complete a purchase transaction. To be honest I wouldn't doubt that they are currently under investigation by the DMV investigative division. Stay away, unless you want to find out for yourself! To go further they also tried to sell me a vehicle that they said was CARFAX clean; however, when I ran it through "been-verified"it came back with a theft on record. Very, very Shady! WORST most shady dealership ever. As others stated, this dealership add on warranties that shouldn't be on your finance contract. They're in huge violations of California Codes. They're already reported on FTC. The finance department keeps giving me the run around, 3 months now. They don't even care, they just want to keep their commission. If you have trouble with anything on your vehicle, you need to write a bad review to get minimal service because they never answer their phones. Marcos and Ravi were nice, but I was there for hours, and they told me they could get something done, but took forever to come to terms. And I was also sitting there for a long time while waiting for them to. I was at the dealership for seven hours. I had an issue with my trade-in and I needed to get a paper signed by them and it took hours to get it done. They told me that the finance would call me soon and I never got a call and drove all the way from the San Bernardino area to get there to do it just to find out they didn't even start on it nor did they call me back. I called several times and was told I'd get a call back. Not only that but the used car I bought only had 16,000 miles, and the backseat cupholders were completely disgusting for how much they sold me the used car for you think they would detail it better. Sorry to say, this dealership is a total fail on every level in my experience. If you look at my Yelp & Google reviews of various businesses, it's evident that I've taken every opportunity to highly rate those who deliver & do things right. But my experiences here have been completely negative as follows. I had a vehicle in mind a couple of years ago. I contacted this dealership by phone & was told one or more was in stock. When I got there (same day as the phone conversation) turns out, it wasn't in stock, nor had it recently been in stock, but they could get it transferred from another dealer & in the meantime they tried to sell me a different one. So I bought the vehicle they said they had from another, less geographically convenient, but notably more honest dealer. Because I value integrity vs a bait & switch sales culture. My vehicle has required service. including a couple of recalls, & the need for a replacement part (driver's side master power window switch). I stupidly took it to this dealer out of convenience & in the hope their service department would have more integrity than their sales crew. Not the case. They handled the recalls, however my appointment times and completion alerts in this regard were mishandled, delayed, & required me to call them several times before receiving any response. As one example, my pick up appointment time was at 1PM. When I arrived, I was told my advisor was on his lunch break. So I wondered why they would schedule an appointment when the guy wasn't there. I then asked if another advisor would help me with picking up my vehicle but was told no, because my service advisor would be available in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later he showed up & another 30 minutes after that, he was finally able to make my vehicle available, apologizing saying he had to move 3 other vehicles on the lot to get to mine. Really? Regarding the master window switch, the service advisor told me the part was on back order with no ETA from Mopar & that he would contact me when it became available. A couple of weeks passed during which I monitored the part on Mopar's site, which was in fact & had been available for a week or more. Having not received any contact from the dealer's service department, I called them and was greeted by their AI assistant named 'Pam.' Pam was unable to find my service advisor's name in her directory, so after more than a few bot prompts & a lengthy hold period, I was eventually transferred to a human in the service department. This individual told me she would contact the service advisor who had been assigned to me. Since he had not previously responded, I requested another one who may be more interested in responding & doing his job. She then verbally committed to have him call me & if he didn't, she or another advisor would. This was a few days ago. I haven't heard a peep from anyone there to date. Needless to say, I am more than done with this more than poorly run dealer. If anyone in authority there would finally see his or her way to respond to this review, I'm all ears. Until then my rating stands. Here & as I share with anyone who asks about my experiences with you. My opinion is you're a disgrace to the brands you represent, especially in a community like Norco that stands for something that you've completely, repeatedly & summarily botched on my behalf. My recent experience at Aaron CDJR in Norco has been incredible. On Monday my oil change in service was timely and performed with care. Michelle and Max were very helpful! I went back to the dealership on Wednesday looking to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. Isaac and Johnny were awesome in assisting me in finding the right vehicle for me. We actually found it at Aaron Chevy in Lake Elsinore. After driving back to Norco, Marcos and Johnny helped me to the point where Shadi (general mgr) became involved and orchestrated a more than fair deal for me. They never payed the new registration for my vehicle , my temporary license plates are expired I kept calling their finance team for help no one wants to step up and work it's been four months and no one at that dealership wants to give me answers . They don't even deserve the one star. UPDATE: What we thought was a quick and easy process turned out to be a nightmare, one that we are still dealing with 2-3 months later. 2 cars were sold to them. A check was received for the first one, and then a parking ticket not long after the car had already been with them for 2 months. Second car: sold them the car and no check yet nor have they paid off the financial services where the car was originally leased from causing a negative impact on my credit. Can't get anyone to call us back or give us any updates. Esmeralda initially started the process, whom handed it off to Natalie (who I hear transferred to another department), to Ali the manager of the business office saying he would follow up, no follow up has been made. I had to physically come in and speak with Mary who says "sorry we don't have a business dept, please call the poway office because that's the main location." These people are absolutely incompetent and crooks. Coming up on the 60 days and prior to getting a second ding on my report, and not being able to purchase property, they are messing with my business now. As I was leaving with my two kids, another man came up to me as I was walking away and stopped me saying that you could change my experience, I was hesitant at first, but he promised he would change this experience that I originally had. I brought my car into Aaron Dodge for a recall notice on 4/29/2026 and got it back on 5/1/2026. Upon inspection we noticed there was a new scratch on the door. Harvey Montoya said it was not there when we dropped it off and he would get with the body for repairs. We called a couple days later to see what was going on and he said he need approval to get it repaired. Now Harvey is not answering any calls so I left messages for the manager to call us back and still no response from Aaron dodge. I have tried to settle this issue and it seems like they just don't care. In Southern California we are fortunate to have so many car dealerships to choose where we take our business. If you don't like one dealer, you can go to the next town over and find another one. Don't like the price you got from one, go to the next. So when I am inquiring about a car, the RS3, I would expect the person I'm speaking with, who is ultimately trying to sell me something off their lot, to be at minimum, polite. That was not my experience with the representative I spoke with over the phone. I hate the BS, the phony sales person pitch, it's cringe. Let's get to business. But if you want to arrive at a deal that is beneficial to both of us, mainly the dealership, you should at least be a little accommodating. To the person I spoke with over the phone, I know cold calls SUCK, especially to people like me who hate chit chat, but the way you asked if I was available to come in today, on a Monday, at 230pm, and I said that I wasn't, you said "well what is your question?" lol not "oh when would be a good time to come test drive this amazing car?" Or "I'd love to get you behind the wheel of the RS3 we have right now. I had a terrible experience from the beginning but I just want to share how it ended. After a month of negotiation, I purchased the vehicle and had it delivered to my home in Garden Grove. Communications had devolved to where I felt there might be enough enmity to spite me by harming the car. That said the car showed up with a broken seat. This seat would not lock in any position. It would flop and slide around while you drive. They drove the car from Norco to Garden Grove with the rear driverside captain's chair sliding forward and backwards. This is a Chrysler Van and they are a Chrysler dealership! I bought the van for my family and we couldn't drive it till it was fixed. Not only was I certain that they could not make things right, I was confident they would make things worse so I had it repaired locally at a cost of $800. I dont think the people that work there have the business's interests in mind. I think they might be trying to destroy it. read more

I paid approximately $295 for a diagnostic evaluation, yet the information provided to me was no more detailed or helpful than what I was able to obtain independently at no cost through AutoZone. Based on the evaluation, I was presented with repair recommendations totaling nearly $9,000. Concerned about the scope and cost of the proposed repairs, I sought a second opinion from my independent mechanic. After inspecting the vehicle, my mechanic advised that the issue related to the particulate matter trap/filter could potentially be resolved by operating the vehicle under extended driving conditions, rather than proceeding immediately with the extensive repairs recommended by your dealership. This was especially frustrating because I previously paid for similar repairs in 2022 and now question whether those repairs were truly necessary or effective. BLUF.. don't go there, seek expert auto advice elsewhere and don't buy anything from Chrysler. Period! read more
