I would not recommend buying a used vehicle from Aaron Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Norco based on my experience with Mary and the sales team. The vehicle I purchased appeared to have been reconditioned for sale, but shortly after taking ownership, I discovered several issues that raised concerns about the quality of the repairs and overall preparation of the vehicles paint. One of the most noticeable problems was paint chipping on the door edges that became apparent shortly after the purchase. I also noticed PPF edge guards installed in the affected areas. Based on what I observed, it appeared that the edge guards may have concealed or drawn attention away from the paint condition, which left me feeling that the cosmetic issues were not fully apparent at the time of sale. Had I known the extent of the paint chipping beforehand, it would have influenced my purchasing decision. In addition to the paint concerns, the dealer try's to sell you BS aftermarket addons like KARR that are just a money grab and have no real value. When you try to have them remove the BS and stick to the price online, they give you the runaround until you finally get them to remove it. As a customer, I expected a dealership to ensure that a used vehicle met reasonable quality standards before being offered for sale. Unfortunately, my experience left me questioning the thoroughness of the reconditioning process and the level of quality control applied to used inventory. This is a bait and switch dealership! They will try and on add-on a bunch of useless aftermarket garbage after a price has been set. Their website specifically states "The price you see, is the price you pay" t! Thats a bunch of bull! They are in constant violation of California Vehicle Code 11713.1(e) by refusing to sell an advertised vehicle at the internet price, and I would bet they often violate the California CARS Act by making optional aftermarket add-ons mandatory to complete a purchase transaction. To be honest I wouldn't doubt that they are currently under investigation by the DMV investigative division. Stay away, unless you want to find out for yourself! To go further they also tried to sell me a vehicle that they said was CARFAX clean; however, when I ran it through "been-verified"it came back with a theft on record. Very, very Shady! I understand the need to maintain your car but these guys charge $295 just to diagnose an incident and one diagnostic charge for one thing at a time so you can literally be paying for three things if you want them to check different things going on with your car. I had a terrible experience from the beginning but I just want to share how it ended. After a month of negotiation, I purchased the vehicle and had it delivered to my home in Garden Grove. Communications had devolved to where I felt there might be enough enmity to spite me by harming the car. That said the car showed up with a broken seat. This seat would not lock in any position. It would flop and slide around while you drive. They drove the car from Norco to Garden Grove with the rear driverside captain's chair sliding forward and backwards. This is a Chrysler Van and they are a Chrysler dealership! I bought the van for my family and we couldn't drive it till it was fixed. Not only was I certain that they could not make things right, I was confident they would make things worse so I had it repaired locally at a cost of $800. I paid approximately $295 for a diagnostic evaluation, yet the information provided to me was no more detailed or helpful than what I was able to obtain independently at no cost through AutoZone. Based on the evaluation, I was presented with repair recommendations totaling nearly $9,000. Concerned about the scope and cost of the proposed repairs, I sought a second opinion from my independent mechanic. After inspecting the vehicle, my mechanic advised that the issue related to the particulate matter trap/filter could potentially be resolved by operating the vehicle under extended driving conditions, rather than proceeding immediately with the extensive repairs recommended by your dealership. This was especially frustrating because I previously paid for similar repairs in 2022 and now question whether those repairs were truly necessary or effective. I'm really disappointed in the lack of follow up from this dealership. I've been trying to get help with some issues on the vehicle I purchased, (new 2025 jeep grand Cherokee) and despite multiple attempts to reach out, no one ever responds to me in a timely manner. Just sending me your different people for assistance and no clear answer. I expected better customer service, especially after making such a major investment. It's frustrating to feel ignored when all I'm asking for is support with a car they sold me. I hope they see this and start taking better care of their customers after the sale. To preface this, I am a regional sales manager in a different industry, and very apprehensive about dealing with the cliche dealer/salesman type. I was straight up about my goals, wants, and budget and from that point he didn't once try and push me out of those intentions. We went through about 5-6 different options that fit my interests before I found the one. He was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and honestly, and I was intrigued enough to go inside and talk numbers. Adan did a great job moving numbers to get me to my budget range and agreed to take it to next step. When we transitioned to financing, Ravi took over. We started our journey interested in 2 trucks: 1 was listed as being at the Norco location and the other was listed as being at Escondido. We first inquired via chat about the one at the Norco location and were connected via text to someone named Myra who said that she would update us "in a few." 15 hours later we still hadn't heard from her so we sent a follow up text and were told that the truck was being reconditioned and couldn't be seen, so at that point we turned our attention to the Escondido listing. We clicked on the "Call" button on the Escondido listing which resulted in a call being placed to an 888 number. When we got a salesperson on the other line we gave them the stock # and were told that the truck was available for viewing so we set off on our drive down to Escondido which is over 1.5 hours away. When we were 5 minutes from the exit we received a text message from Myra saying that the truck was being reconditioned and couldn't be viewed. We thought that maybe she confused the truck in Escondido with the truck in Norco so we clarified that we were interested in 2 trucks and were on our way to see the one in Escondido, not the one we spoke to her about in Norco. She then responded that both were being reconditioned and were offsite and neither could be seen. This was obviously super annoying since we were so cl Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by a very helpful and enthusiastic salesperson named Lala. We asked her about the truck and she set off trying to figure out where it was using her tracker. She couldn't locate it using the tracker so she tried to find the keys and paperwork and came up empty. She was super diligent and determined to figure things out for us so she continued to investigate and after some time she found that the truck was actually at the Norco location, not at Escondido as it said on the Aaron website. So not only was the truck not where it was listed on their own website, it wasn't available to be seen even though we were assured on the phone that it was indeed available for viewing. We drove over 230 miles and wasted many hours between Aaron's 3 dealerships in Escondido, Norco and Lake Elsinore and didn't get to see either truck due to miscommunications, sloppy internet advertising and blatant lies. The only bright spot and the only reason we even considered doing business with an Aaron dealer was Lala at the Escondido location. She is one of those rare gems that truly believes in customer service and she went above and beyond trying to make this right. read more
