I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Aaron Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norco. My daughter purchased a vehicle on Sunday, August 30, at approximately 8:00 p.m. for around $40,000. She traded in her 2019 Toyota Corolla for $12,050 and also put $5,000 down. We returned first thing the next morning because we immediately realized the payment was more than she could comfortably afford. We asked the dealership to unwind the transaction, but were told they would not do so unless my daughter purchased another vehicle from their inventory. After spending hours trying to work out a solution, I finally spoke directly with Ravi Singh, Finance Manager. Mr. Singh repeatedly told me that my daughter had signed a legally binding contract and that the dealership did not have to take the vehicle back. I understand that. What I strongly objected to was being told that, in order for the dealership to take back the original vehicle and allow my daughter to purchase a more affordable one, we would also have to accept approximately $3,000 in dealer add-ons. I questioned why we were being required to purchase thousands of dollars in additional products when we were already agreeing to buy another vehicle from the dealership. Mr. Singh made it clear to me that if we did not accept those conditions, they would not proceed with taking back the original vehicle. I was also very uncomfortable with the Contract Cancellation Option Agreement on the replacement vehicle. My daughter signed the section declining the cancellation option. When I questioned this, Mr. Singh told me directly that because they were allowing us out of the original transaction, my daughter would not receive that option on the replacement purchase. I pointed out that this was a separate transaction, but again the message was that we had to accept their conditions if we wanted them to unwind the first deal. We ultimately purchased a 2025 Nissan Kicks SR. The dealership applied the $12,050 Corolla trade-in toward the replacement vehicle and returned only $3,500 of the $5,000 cash down payment. I appreciate that my daughter ultimately ended up with a more manageable payment, but I cannot overlook how the situation was handled. I was at the dealership from approximately 7:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m., and I left feeling that our need to get out of the original purchase was used as leverage to require additional products and conditions on the replacement transaction. I fully understand that my daughter signed a contract. My complaint is not about that. It is about being told, in effect, "We will help you out of this deal, but only if you buy another vehicle from us, accept approximately $3,000 in add-ons, and decline the cancellation option." I would strongly encourage anyone shopping here to read every document carefully, question every add-on, ask for the full out-the-door price in writing, and make sure you completely understand any cancellation or return options before signing. UPDATE 9/14/26: Response to Brianna Brianna, I do understand that the dealership was not legally required to unwind the original contract, and I have never disputed that my daughter signed it. My concern is how the replacement transaction was handled. Finance Manager Ravi Singh told us that if we wanted the original contract unwound, my daughter had to purchase another vehicle under his conditions, including approximately $3,000 in additional products. When I questioned why we were required to purchase those products, I was told that if I did not agree to his conditions, there would be no deal and my daughter would remain responsible for the approximately $40,000 vehicle. That is the part I disagree with. Yes, technically she could have kept the original vehicle, but using that situation as leverage to require approximately $3,000 in additional products does not feel like good customer service. I also asked to purchase my daughter's 2019 Toyota Corolla back. The dealership had just given her $12,050 for it the night before. I understood they would need to make a profit and was prepared to pay approximately $2,000 over the trade value. Instead, I was told it would cost approximately $4,600 more than what they had just given her for it. I do appreciate that the dealership ultimately allowed my daughter to move into a more affordable vehicle. Very disappointing experience with Manager Johnny B I drove 2 hours to this dealership because I was told they would honor the posted price on the RHO. Before making the long drive, I expected the price and vehicle we discussed to be accurate. When I arrived, the situation completely changed. The vehicle they showed me was not the same RHO I was expecting, and Johnny B would not honor the advertised/posted price. Instead, it felt like they were trying to change the deal and play games after I had already driven two hours to get there. What made the experience even worse was Johnny B's attitude. He was very rude and disrespectful toward us and did not make any effort to resolve the situation professionally. I wasted four hours of driving because I trusted what the dealership advertised and what I was told before making the trip. My advice: get the exact vehicle, price, and terms in writing before driving a long distance to this dealership. The DMV paper they handed in for my trade-in was not legible. So my car couldn't be transferred to the dealership. Even though I traded it in, I was sent to collections for a car. I no longer have. I would not recommend buying a used vehicle from Aaron Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Norco based on my experience with Mary and the sales team. The vehicle I purchased appeared to have been reconditioned for sale, but shortly after taking ownership, I discovered several issues that raised concerns about the quality of the repairs and overall preparation of the vehicles paint. One of the most noticeable problems was paint chipping on the door edges that became apparent shortly after the purchase. I also noticed PPF edge guards installed in the affected areas. Based on what I observed, it appeared that the edge guards may have concealed or drawn attention away from the paint condition, which left me feeling that the cosmetic issues were not fully apparent at the time of sale. Had I known the extent of the paint chipping beforehand, it would have influenced my purchasing decision. In addition to the paint concerns, the dealer try's to sell you BS aftermarket addons like KARR that are just a money grab and have no real value. When you try to have them remove the BS and stick to the price online, they give you the runaround until you finally get them to remove it. As a customer, I expected a dealership to ensure that a used vehicle met reasonable quality standards before being offered for sale. Unfortunately, my experience left me questioning the thoroughness of the reconditioning process and the level of quality control applied to used inventory. I would not recommend this dealership for vehicle service at all. My vehicle was taken there from Classic Collision in Norco after I was in an auto accident and needed the car alignment redone and they told me that the software in my vehicle needed to be updated and a recall on vehicle that need to be done so I tell them do it all while it is in there. Well I take my vehicle down to Ontario Jeep and Dodge just for them to change the oil and do safety inspection and it turns out that Aaron Dodge did not do the safety updates and recall repair on my vehicle and to top it off there was an oil leak in engine. This is a bait and switch dealership! They will try and on add-on a bunch of useless aftermarket garbage after a price has been set. Their website specifically states "The price you see, is the price you pay" t! Thats a bunch of bull! They are in constant violation of California Vehicle Code 11713.1(e) by refusing to sell an advertised vehicle at the internet price, and I would bet they often violate the California CARS Act by making optional aftermarket add-ons mandatory to complete a purchase transaction. To be honest I wouldn't doubt that they are currently under investigation by the DMV investigative division. Stay away, unless you want to find out for yourself! To go further they also tried to sell me a vehicle that they said was CARFAX clean; however, when I ran it through "been-verified"it came back with a theft on record. Very, very Shady! Sorry to say, this dealership is a total fail on every level in my experience. If you look at my Yelp & Google reviews of various businesses, it's evident that I've taken every opportunity to highly rate those who deliver & do things right. But my experiences here have been completely negative as follows. I had a vehicle in mind a couple of years ago. I contacted this dealership by phone & was told one or more was in stock. When I got there (same day as the phone conversation) turns out, it wasn't in stock, nor had it recently been in stock, but they could get it transferred from another dealer & in the meantime they tried to sell me a different one. So I bought the vehicle they said they had from another, less geographically convenient, but notably more honest dealer. Because I value integrity vs a bait & switch sales culture. My vehicle has required service. including a couple of recalls, & the need for a replacement part (driver's side master power window switch). I stupidly took it to this dealer out of convenience & in the hope their service department would have more integrity than their sales crew. Not the case. They handled the recalls, however my appointment times and completion alerts in this regard were mishandled, delayed, & required me to call them several times before receiving any response. As one example, my pick up appointment time was at 1PM. When I arrived, I was told my advisor was on his lunch break. So I wondered why they would schedule an appointment when the guy wasn't there. I then asked if another advisor would help me with picking up my vehicle but was told no, because my service advisor would be available in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later he showed up & another 30 minutes after that, he was finally able to make my vehicle available, apologizing saying he had to move 3 other vehicles on the lot to get to mine. Really? Regarding the master window switch, the service advisor told me the part was on back order with no ETA from Mopar & that he would contact me when it became available. A couple of weeks passed during which I monitored the part on Mopar's site, which was in fact & had been available for a week or more. Having not received any contact from the dealer's service department, I called them and was greeted by their AI assistant named 'Pam.' Pam was unable to find my service advisor's name in her directory, so after more than a few bot prompts & a lengthy hold period, I was eventually transferred to a human in the service department. This individual told me she would contact the service advisor who had been assigned to me. Since he had not previously responded, I requested another one who may be more interested in responding & doing his job. She then verbally committed to have him call me & if he didn't, she or another advisor would. This was a few days ago. I haven't heard a peep from anyone there to date. Needless to say, I am more than done with this more than poorly run dealer. If anyone in authority there would finally see his or her way to respond to this review, I'm all ears. Until then my rating stands. Here & as I share with anyone who asks about my experiences with you. My opinion is you're a disgrace to the brands you represent, especially in a community like Norco that stands for something that you've completely, repeatedly & summarily botched on my behalf. My recent experience at Aaron CDJR in Norco has been incredible. On Monday my oil change in service was timely and performed with care. Michelle and Max were very helpful! I went back to the dealership on Wednesday looking to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. Isaac and Johnny were awesome in assisting me in finding the right vehicle for me. We actually found it at Aaron Chevy in Lake Elsinore. After driving back to Norco, Marcos and Johnny helped me to the point where Shadi (general mgr) became involved and orchestrated a more than fair deal for me. I was treated with kindness and respect that I will never forget. I highly recommend this dealership and their personnel. They go over and above to satisfy the customer. Every time if go to get my car serviced here, I feel like I walk out with additional services I didn't need. I understand the need to maintain your car but these guys charge $295 just to diagnose an incident and one diagnostic charge for one thing at a time so you can literally be paying for three things if you want them to check different things going on with your car. Second car: sold them the car and no check yet nor have they paid off the financial services where the car was originally leased from causing a negative impact on my credit. Can't get anyone to call us back or give us any updates. Esmeralda initially started the process, whom handed it off to Natalie (who I hear transferred to another department), to Ali the manager of the business office saying he would follow up, no follow up has been made. I had to physically come in and speak with Mary who says "sorry we don't have a business dept, please call the poway office because that's the main location." These people are absolutely incompetent and crooks. Coming up on the 60 days and prior to getting a second ding on my report, and not being able to purchase property, they are messing with my business now. Took delivery of a new 26 rho truck on Saturday for the wifes birthday presenty. After about 30 miles of driving the check engine light came on. We drove with the kids somewhere the next day and got stuck. The truck was dead. Got triple A to come gives us a jump and we drove it back to the dealer. Service power steering alerts start displaying. My wife is now fearful the steering is going to go. Got it to the dealer and got a loaner. Today have been trying to get anyone to get me the status of the truck and can't get anyone to give me any kind of update. After only having the truck for one day. I've been trying to get help with some issues on the vehicle I purchased, (new 2025 jeep grand Cherokee) and despite multiple attempts to reach out, no one ever responds to me in a timely manner.
