More concerning, after looking into the business, I found no evidence that Joe Caruso Guitar Studio is registered with the City of Spokane or Washington State as a licensed business. This raises questions about accountability, professionalism, and whether he's operating legally. He clearly loves what he does and it shows in his photos and interactions. Even before the wedding, he spent time getting to know me and my partner and offered help with planning since we aren't from the area where we got married. He stayed longer than his 6 hours at the reception and took photos of not just the wedding party but of other couples and people who wanted their photos taken.
