These service advisors are not good people. They are trained to just pull in money. They don't treat customers like anything but a cash cow. Btw, I had a Bronco sport that was 37,000 miles when the engine lights came on. It was trying to stall on me. One of the employees stated, "Oh yeah, Broncos are known for this." Since it was no longer under warranty the advisors refused to talk to me unless I paid $225. Great business. Way to keep the loyal customers.

Came in today looking for bunk beds for my grandchildren. There were 7 staff members on the floor…read more We had to go up and ask for assistance. No one offered to help. When an associate was sent over to talk to us, we were informed that nothing was available in store. My daughter and her husband were also looking for a living room chair. They were never approached, but did hear the "huddle " of associates talking trash about another employee. About 10 minutes later, the associate who that told us nothing was available came up and said there was 1 in the clearance section that was available today. He was unaware of it because he didn't know the inventory and a manager had to tell him about it. When I approached the huddle of 5 associates around the mattress counter to inquire about purchasing the mattresses for the beds, they were annoyed about having their conversation being interrupted and the woman that did get up was very rude when showing me the bunk bed mattresses. Needless to say, I left without them. We also had to ask about getting the bed loaded 15 minutes after completing the purchase. Nobody told the people in the back we had purchased it. Worst experience in a furniture store ever. We will never be back. And I really liked a sectional and power recliner that I willingly walked away from due to the staff. The bed would have been walked away from as well if my husband had not already paid for it when I got back from the mattress counter.

It doesn't feel updated. The lighting for some reason is not that good. And it just have a really off putting vibe once you walk in. The employees are okay. Its a customer service job so i don't expect them to be that cheery but omg. Its not a good target. I would suggest trying the walmart off Broadway its so much better and there is always someone there to help!
