I called Lee after a friend had used him to put new gutters on her house and recommended him to me. Lee came out promptly and walked the entire house with me asking questions about placement of the gutters and also discussed the best way to handle the downspouts as I have a few unique challenges with height and overhangs. He helped me to understand exactly what his recommendations were and also worked to align them with my needs for keeping with the aesthetics of the house. Lee asked what color of gutters/downspouts I was thinking. I wanted to keep with the coloring of the trim on my house, but he was concerned that the colors that were available in the sheet metal might not 100% line up. We discussed using black because to the eyes, it virtually melts away. I needed to discuss with my wife, so Lee gave me the whole sample kit of colors that he had available to him. Lee went back to his truck and in about 10 minutes produced a quote for me which I felt was a great price considering all of the challenges that we discussed. We agreed to move forward. The day of the install, Lee was prompt and timely and went right to work with his crew. When I came home for lunch that day, I was surprised at the amount of work which he had accomplished, especially as it was late fall and EXTREMELY windy. He concurred that it probably was best to wait until the wind died down a bit. The forecast was bad over the next couple of day with high winds and rain. Lee was in contact each day with me to note his thoughts and let me know for the safety of him and his crew, that it was probably best to wait a few more days. After the weather broke, Lee was back at it and finished up quickly the remaining parts. I had added one other unique challenge for him in the way that I wanted the downspout to come down in one area of my house. Lee was able to adapt quickly but told me that he needed to stop to his distributor and get a couple extra bends in the sizes he needed. He was back the next day and completed the job for me. The gutters look GREAT on my house, and it came out better than I thought. I'm so happy that we used Lee for this project and would recommend him to anyone looking for a QUALITY job done at a VERY FAIR price. Thank you again Lee.

The actual install time was impressive -- a two-man crew completed my 288 feet of gutters in one day, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me frustrated. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent. My sales rep was late to the estimate appointment with the schedule that kept getting pushed back. While he did offer a discount for the inconvenience, the pricing was still higher than other quotes I received, but I chose this company because I trusted the professionalism and quality they advertised. The finished product had several details that felt rushed or poorly thought out. Some downspouts looked awkward and out of place, extending over sidewalks or into flower beds in ways that didn't seem properly planned. To the crew's credit, when I pointed issues out they did make adjustments, but I felt like I had to constantly micromanage the project to get things corrected instead of things being done right the first time. One of my biggest frustrations was the lack of communication during the install. Decisions were made on parts of the project that were never discussed with me beforehand. I did speak with the sales rep afterward about my concerns, but getting clear answers and resolutions felt like pulling teeth. There also was never any final walkthrough after completion. I found metal scraps and debris throughout my driveway and yard afterward, which was disappointing and could have caused damage or injury if I hadn't cleaned it up myself with a magnet. Overall, the gutters function, and there were parts of the experience that were positive, but for the price paid and the reputation of the company, I expected much better communication, attention to detail, and professionalism from start to finish.
