There is almost always a long wait just to place an order, followed by an even longer wait to actually receive your smoothie or food. And when you come here regularly, it becomes very obvious that this is an ongoing issue. I don't blame the employees who are working because they usually seem to be doing the best they can with the amount of help they have. This is a management issue. If a location is consistently this busy, management needs to schedule enough staff to reasonably handle the customer volume.
