We picked a couple of favourite dishes and set about our visiting. The food arrived quickly, and all expectations were met. It was all delicious, and the portions generous. The service was excellent. Attentive, but not intrusive. The restaurant itself is dated in terms of decor, but is clean and rife with character. This is exactly the type of restaurant I love. My friend and I have returned since this visit, and will do so again and again.

This is a Cantonese staple. - Fried wings coated with salted egg yolk - crunchy and loved the unique taste. Place also serves bubble tea too. Though I am not an "Enzyme" fan (which) makes the drink vinegar-like they say it is good for your health. Overall this is a much needed Chinese restaurant for the University/hospital district. Our faves here include Garlic fried rice, fresh fruit mango bubble tea (tastes like dim sum mango pudding), ginger beef, spicy fried tofu, green onion cake, and pan fried beef chow fun. But really there's nothing here we haven't enjoyed. The neighborhood is struggling here with the unhoused and opioid crisis, but don't be afraid to still come out and support All Happy - they need it now more than ever.
