It's bigger than it looks from outside; there's a decent clothing selection, showers and a Subway. I arrived around 9 am and there was no hot food ready (not a big deal), but I scored on finding a reflective American flag hoodie in my size (I can wear it walking my dogs!). Overall, a worthy stop for clean restrooms and cheap gas. Worse experience ever, The restrooms were terrible, and literally had poop on the walls. This is my 4th time here and it's always the same experience. This place is the first nice truck stop before Kearney. I found parking for my semi easily and there is also dirt lots around this Pilot so parking isn't an issue. Their showers are very clean and have no wait even though it's evening already. Definitely one of my favorite places to stop if only just for their coffee. I like that the parking lot is big and easy to park a semi in and all but the place inside is sandy and dirty. The floors feel like your walking on the beach. Restrooms are dirty. They have a Subway in here. They need to keep the floots clean, they could start with welcome mats when you walk in. read more

Usually there isn't much difference between these stops but this one stood out from most on the 4,500 mile road trip I just took. Mainly that the convenience store was larger and had more fresh food options than I saw elsewhere. Overall there are more prepared food options here as well. If you have dietary restrictions or concerns you should be able to eat easily here, or at least stock up on snacks that work for you. read more

This location was the worst by far... The coffee station looked as if they hadn't cleaned the carafes/dispensers in months or even years... I was so looking forward to a nice hot cup of coffee to help with the long drive ahead. Whoever manages this place should be fired. One pump didn't work, the next one the bottom part of the credit card slide is broken off. No cup tops near the coffee cups. Counters are disgusting, caked with lord knows what. Had to guess the zip code on the gas pump keypad. Pesticide on my apple, one of only two available, is the least of its worries. I'm trying not to think of where it must have rolled out from due to the film caked on it. This all judging from only a 5 minute experience at this place. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars i would. The lady at the front desk was completely rude to a truck driver who had a free shower on his card. The machine wasn't working and she rudely said to him "oh so that's my fault". No, but you should fix the problem. Which I noticed she did. Handed him the receipt and said even meaner "well I did it for you. So I hope you're happy" After hearing that I didn't even feel the urge to get gas! On June 18 I accidentally left a little pink pouch with cash, credit cards, and spare keys on the counter when we purchased food. We were on our way from Colorado to home in Iowa, and it wasn't until 4 hours later that I realized my loss. I immediately called and I believe it was a manager who answered and verified that my pouch was laying on his desk. I asked him to send it to me, and I also encourage him to open the pouch and take out $20 for his trouble. He refused saying "we don't do that." Later when I arrived home I got to thinking that maybe I should request over night express as we were planning to soon leave again for Minnesota. This time when I called I spoke with a lady, who I presumed was another manager. She said she had already sent it to me by FedEx. You can't imagine what a relief it was to know! When it arrived, we were already in Minnesota on another trip, and my daughter-in-law, who was expecting the package, quickly opened it and texted me with a video showing all of the contents so I would know everything was there and not worry. I always prefer to stop at a Pilot Travel Centers, and I certainly can see why that is a smart choice on my part! Again, thank you so very much for your honesty and kindness!! read more

Nice place to stop , easy in and out. Not so big that you will get lost in it, plenty of parking, but for heavens sake , it is a truck stop. They need more than a 4 stall ladies rest room . I had to go to the truck drivers shower area, before I peed my self. But pilots are usually clean and painless and that's why I like stopping at them when I travel. read more

This is to review the subway inside. Probably the worst Subway I have ever been to. Staff did not listen to what people were asking for and it took forever even though there was only one person in front of us. This Subway could use some change for the better. read more
