I did not understand the parts he was talking about, he could not dumb it down for me, but keep repeating the same part name. So when I took it in for the work they kept the car a week and charged me five or six hours labor for at most a 2 hour job. And they ran my debit card for it, and still charged a 3% card fee. We settled on a $300 refund so I could take the car elsewhere to finish the detail, along with updating this review to reflect how things were resolved. While I'm disappointed it took a bad review and a Facebook post to get to this point, I appreciate that they reached out to try and resolve the issue. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I really wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately my experience with Complete Automotive and Tires left me disappointed. I paid $640 for a full detail and expected a truly spotless vehicle for that price. The dollar amount isn't really the issue. It's that for $640, there shouldn't be obvious spots left dirty that any detail should have covered. I've added photos of the areas that were clearly missed: under the seats, between the seats, the door plastic, the roof liner, and the trunk. Partway through, they called to tell me all the pet hair wasn't going to be completely cleaned and that it would cost another $300 on top of the original $640 to finish the job. I declined, because in my mind a $500+ detail should already warrant a completely clean car. I asked if I could just pick it up that day, and they told me the detail wasn't done yet. Fair enough, but at that point I was already frustrated with both the price and where things stood. The next day I wasn't able to pick up the car myself, so I paid remotely without looking it over first (that one's on me) and had my dad and sister grab it. When I finally saw the car, I was genuinely upset and tried to bring it back to show them the spots that were missed. The owner flat-out refused to come out and even look at it, which honestly made the whole thing worse. For $640, the quality just wasn't close to what anyone should expect and the refusal to even look at the issues sealed it for me. Truly disappointed. I'd think twice before bringing your vehicle here.

Mike, the service manager, is always very friendly, accommodating, informative, thorough, and will always go the extra mile to be sure I have answers and the service I seek. Dusty was there when I picked up the truck and we had a very informative discussion about technical aspects that I wanted to know. as a mechanically minded person, I always appreciate technical knowledge on the equipment I'm operating and Dusty answered all my questions to satisfaction. shout out to the parts department also, and I have rarely ever ever left without what I came for or arrangements to get it soon. they are always knowledgeable and informative, and have often saved me money by steering me in the right direction on specific parts. overall this is a highly professional facility but I will continue to return to.

The tech broke the Lower Pulley attempting to remove it, apparently by tapping on the outter edge of it. (Should have used a long prybar and tapped at the seam where the pully sits against the balancer) * I spent 20+ years as an ASE Certifed / Dealer Certified Technician * Mistakes are made but they refuse to take responsibility for it and it's going to cost $900 for that part if we can't find a used one. Plus I'm out a day's wages, above what I would have lost if the job had went right. The truck owner is out a days income from the truck. A motel room for me. It will cost us around $2000 overall The only part of this that upsets me is they dodged accepting responsibility for their mistake.
