I was informed by security staff that my account had been compromised. Apparently, the bad guys added an account to mine so that they could transfer money from my account to theirs. In addition, emails sent by OneAZ to alert me were deleted. The answer was for all of my accounts to be closed and re-opened with new numbers and all online accounts to be changed. I made an appointment and went into the Prescott Valley office to accomplish these acts. Lacey Lee, Senior Banker helped me. She was efficient, capable and knowledgeable. She did exactly what needed to be done, and got it all fixed for me. I am very impressed by how smoothly everything went. If you have a problem with any aspect of your accounts at One AZ Credit Union I encourage you to make an appointment with Ms. Lee. She will put a smile back on your face!!! I had the horrifying experience of having my account compromised by scammers. I managed to cancel my debit card and froze my account on a phone call to customer support before bank hours but had to go into a branch to get the situation rectified. Went into the local branch in P.V., and received horrible treatment from a young girl named Samantha. Snippy, rude, condescending, rolled her eyes at least once at an answer I gave to her question. I was almost in tears. The branch ended up being too understaffed to help me, so I was sent to the Prescott branch on Gurley Street. What a difference! I was helped by a young lady named Amanda Zeldin, who immediately understood the steps to take to transfer my frozen funds into a new account, got new credit and debit cards issued, I was there about an hour, and left knowing that my accounts were secure again and I had lost no money. Amanda is an asset to your branch, warm, friendly, knowledgeable and if I need personal banking assistance again, I will make an appointment with Amanda Zeldon and take the time to go to the Gurley branch where people are treated right. read more

I had my social security check rerouted to this toilet they are not a bank zero customer service they are holding my government check for ten days and told me that if I close my account they will send my check back to social security.. my car insurance got canceled and I lost my job because I have money but can't touch it for 5 more days and I don't have gas money to get to work so i lost my job because of these dirtbags I'm telling everyone what a toilet this place is worst decision I ever made was getting involved with these criminals read more

AZ One is the worst credit union I've ever been a part of. They are extremely slow in posting transactions. For example, I have deposited money in my account, written a check to another account, paid a bill from the other account, the money has been gone and AZ One still has not shown that I even made the deposit. It can take days to show. In my opinion there is no excuse for that. Also they seem to find every hidden way they can to take money from you. Typically we try to stay with credit unions rather than banks. But I am tempted to go to a bank after having worked with AZ One. read more

Do not get a home loan here! 4 years ago I refinanced my home with OneAZ on autopay. Their insurance company cleaned out my checking account claiming I needed flood insurance. After 6 months of getting affidavits from engineering firms, City Engineer and Board of Works, Insurance companies, proving I was not in a flood plane, my branch FINALLY got corporate offices to correct the error. Last month, my mortgage was sold to "Mr. Cooper"Nationstar Mtg. For 2 weeks, I was unable to verify my new account number, I was discouraged at the branch from talking to a banker with my questions and handed a flyer instead. My concern now is the problem with bill pay delays- from 3-8 days for the recipients to receive a check and cash it. The convenience of transferring instant payments from checking to mortgage is lost now. Yet they continue to advertise offering home loans !? read more

Funny, my loan process was amazing. Ok now I can't seem to get a statement in the mail, I just happened to remember when we signed papers, my loan was due on the 7th, I called on the 5th, they said I can't pay it at the branch it has to go to the corp office or I would get charged a late fee. I paid it, they said they would send a statement, now it's the 16th my loan is due the 22nd, I have nothing. So I called only to be put on hold for 45 mins and still don't have a resolution, I would just like to know how I'm supposed to pay my bill, when I don't have an address or the amount. Should I send it syberspace? I would like to share the wonderful experience I had today at the Gurley Branch of One AZ Credit Union. My husband and I are fairly new customers of this branch. In fact, this is our first time as Credit Union clients. In the past, we always used Banks for our financial needs. I can't say enough about the Credit Union Services we have utilized so far. Everyone we have worked with at the Gurley branch of One AZ, has provided exceptional service. I would especially like to commend Brooklynne Danner. Not only is she a personal Banker at this branch, but she also acts as their Notary. Brooklynne is efficient, friendly and very good at her job. I opened up a secured line of credit a year ago for $300. Long story short, due to an injury, my bank account was at zero because I had to use my savings for living expenses. They closed my accounts, savings and checking which is understandable, but they kept my $300 and charged it off. It went against my credit. They said I needed to take it up with their "collections dept" and gave me a number to call. The number was the banks phone number. There wasn't an option for their "collections dept". Ultimately my money is being used as a derogatory against me. There's not one individual after 9 months that could assist me in straightening this out. Now my credit is shot and I'm out $300. Everyone at all 3 locations has without fail acted unaccountable for this ordeal. Seriously, I no longer find a use for "brick and mortar" banking. They're a third party that's gets paid to do what I have no clue. May I recommend going digital and ultimately we can put these crooks into the "obsolete category". This is a case where I put my energy towards Artificial Intelligence replacing the tellers and upper management that train them to be careless thieves. Have a nice day. read more

As a Real Estate Broker of 15 years, I have never dealt with a worse loan process that very nearly killed the deal. The process was a nightmare from start to short of a miracle to finish. If an offer is made on any properties I am selling with ONEAZ Credit Union as the lender, I will share the horror of this last transaction. In speaking with escrow officers in the Prescott area I have heard numbers of other failed loan or horror stories like what I experienced. This institution will steal your money by hitting you with overdraft fees and charges. At 11:58pm I checked the mobile app. It said I have money available, so I bought some food. The next day they had backdated a charge, so I didn't have any money, and a charge of $8 was hit with a $35 fee. Because of this fee, when I made a deposit and other charges, my calculations were way off and I was hit with several fees. My account was negative $144 by the end. And all this is with overdraft protection. My account shouldn't go overdrawn, but because of back dating charges I was hit with many. This credit union is not for normal people who live paycheck to paycheck. This credit union is for people who can have an extra $1500 in each account. Well I don't and I will not pay to run this establishment. I can't afford it! read more

This credit union has sure gone to pot after they were taken over by OneAZ. The in branch service is good but if I'm out of town and need help I can't get it. It's been 30 minutes and I have yet to receive a return call from any of the 3 ONE AZ branches where I left messages. Can't get anyone to answer the phone, even after listening to 4 minutes of advertising message. I called three different branches and at all was put into Voice Mail. Called Country Bank and can have an immediate answer with a live person. Same day: The Credit union told me through YELP to send a direct message and A manager will contact me. I sent a direct message to them at around noon. It's 5:55 pm and have yet to get any response. I do not need a response now I was able to get what I needed at Country Bank, right next door to your Branch office. NOTE TO AZONE: Being friendly and courteous is great but if I can't do business over the phone when I am out of town what good is your courteous, friendly service ?? I had an issue with a bill pay that went to Medicare. They claim they never received the money. 1st call to cust. service I was given info that ck had been sent and was paid. I needed a copy and was informed I needed to go to a branch. I went to my local branch and that was pretty useless. Was told that a ck wasn't sent but was an electronic transfer deal, so no ck to get a copy of. Back and forth with medicare including a 3 way call confirmed a ck was sent. Bottom line was Amber at OneAz found the info I needed and I do have a copy of the ck and without her assistance I'm not sure this could have been resolved as fast. I have had very negative experiences at One AZ recently. I love the staff including the manager. After 10 years of banking there, they decided to cut off my money supply. I had no access to money over a weekend. I have taken my money elsewhere. I am very disappointed by the decisions of the higher ups. Maybe the staff should find other jobs! read more

I went into my bill pay and paid my taxes for 2019 to be paid on a date in December 2019 it has disappeared from my account and they have no record of my paying it. no help from their "help" department, and this is the second big screw up.... they didn't help the first time.... I've been with az for 14 years. Never wrote a bad check, no overdrafts, always made all payments on time.paid off two large loans. My house two trucks,car, two harleys are paid for, I owe no one. I asked for a 2 thousand dollar increase for my line of credit and they denied it. I also asked about getting a new double wide home on my lot that I own and they gave me some crap the new home had to be attached to the land before I could borrow. What do they think, I'm going to attach the double wide moble home to my pickup truck and steal it? Im getting the home through another institution. As soon as that is done,,,,LATER! Haven't had much dealings with the credit union but trying to their VISA credit card is a nightmare!. They seemingly arbitrarily do not approve charges..Why I do not understand. We were i.n NY city and they denied a Uber charge after approving 4 others. We were booking reservations at a BNB I n Italy and they denied one after approving 2 others..
